SDJ Sports was founded in 2012 by three sports retail business professionals and keen sports enthusiasts who shared a common vision - to offer quality sports brands at all price points to worldwide customers using the latest technology available to them and to fully utilise their combined years of experience and supplier relationships in the sports retail sector. We initially began trading on the eBay platform, launching with about 20 products. Within three months and after a lot of hard work, SDJ Sports had become "Top Rated" sellers on the eBay platform and achieved "Titanium Power Seller" status. By autumn of 2013 we had also opened an amazon store and were launching our first website. The website has been a successful addition to our sales channels giving customers more information and contact options than we had previously enjoyed. SDJ Sports also recently invested in a fully integrated warehouse management software system, which is used by one of the UK's largest high street and online retailers. We made this investment in order to make dispatch as slick as possible. The system integrates all our orders from around the world into one place, from all our selling markets and this means we have a competitive advantage when it comes to getting your order to you as soon as we can.

First and last time.

Ordered new set of wheels on a Wednesday morning with (next day delivery) and they arrived the following Tuesday. I have no idea who’s fault this was but it certainly wasn’t mine. The person sat at home on my behalf waiting to accept delivery for these 2 days wasn’t happy either. This was my first experience with SDJ sports and there won’t be a second.

Afternoon,

Apologies to hear about the delay with your shipment, looking at your tracking details it looks like Parcelforce delayed scanning the item into their network.

Your original order was placed on, and shipped, on the 29th May, however it looks like Parcelforce did not scan this into their network until the 4th June. Unfortunately once it has left our warehouse we are unable to control any delays that may happen with the courier.

I've added some store credit as an apology for this, in the hope you'll give us another chance :)

Admit they're at fault, but won't correct it.

Purchased a DMR stem with 35mm clamp. When I tried to install it, I found that one clamp was 35mm, but the other was 31.8. Discovered the problem after having scratched up my bars trying to get the clamp on. They acknowledged that they got a "bad batch" of those stems, but would not do anything to correct the problem and said that I have to pay to ship the stem back to them if I want a refund.

When I called them out about the shipping, they told me to get a quote for the shipping and they would CONSIDER covering it. How's that for a huge middle finger to the customer?

**In response to your pathetic apology: I was first told that I had to have it returned by a specific date (June 24th) in order to be eligible for a refund. When I responded that I should not have to pay for return shipping, an employee told me that they would discuss it with their manager and get back to me. A WEEK LATER when I hadn't heard anything, I asked if there was an answer. That's when I was told to get a shipping quote and you would consider paying for the shipping. So, by the time I would be able to get to the post office (time out of my day) to get a quote, send it to you and wait God knows how long (another week?) to get an answer, I would likely not have enough time to get it there and still be "eligible" for a refund. What an utter lack of professionalism. You send me a defective part and then expect me to jump through hoops at the risk of not even getting my $90 refunded. Quite the operation you're running there.

Afternoon,

Apologies to hear about the issue with your stem, unfortunately the manufacturer had release a faulty batch of stems with the wrong face plate.

As you're an international customer we unfortunately do not have a courier to arrange collection of your item directly, and eBay did not provide you with a prepaid label, this is why we ask our customers to provide a quote for returning the item to our USA returns address.
