Huge thank you to SD plumbing! We managed to get them booked it quite last minute for some urgent repairs due to a water leak which had meant we had no water in our house. Joe arrived and was able to locate the issue and fix it with minimal damage to our flat and with the issue resolved so that we could turn our water mains back on. Super helpful and really friendly! Would definitely recommend and use again for any future plumbing works!

What a turn around. After an initial visit to check my boiler when nothing was found I had to call again a day later and this time the engineer properly diagnosed the problem. I had to choose between repairs to a 17 yr old boileror a new one. I had to wait a week but Joe fitted my boiler in a day yesterday and my initial call out fee was waved. Delighted with service received . Now this company have my business and my recommendations.

Fantastic professional service. Lee and Reece did a great job for me swapping out taps in my property and fitting sanitary ware. They worked non-stop and demonstrated great skill in ensuring that everything was working perfectly before they left. I really appreciated the little extras they did along the way as well, such as fitting flexis with isolation valves, and avoiding using silicone to stop leaks from the wastes, so that it would be easier to replace these when the time comes in the future.

They were just spot-on with their attitude to the work from start to finish, and I'll definitely make use of SD plumbing in the future - their expertise and professionalism is really top notch.

Really pleased with our new shower room Shaun encountered a few unexpected problems during the work but these were all dealt with quickly and professionally and he kept in touch the whole time to explain how the job was progressing.

The team at SD helped me with an emergency situation with my boiler. They responded quickly, explaining the fault in detail and what caused it. I found the cost to be reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Edinburgh area.

Shaun was really easy to deal with and was great at communicating. We had an issue with the radiators being fitted which meant we had to rearrange the days booked in for work and SD plumbing were very flexible and accommodating.
Work finished to a good standard and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

These guys were great, had plenty of availability and were able to come and sort out the issue pretty well straight away. They communicated well and everything went smoothly with no issues - decent rate too!

Excellent service from start to finish.I was kept fully informed by phone and text as to when they would be onsite. The plumber Joe was very professional and explained what work was required to solve the problem.

Not a fan of the automated service, guy that visited was great. But have attained someone who will do the same and didn't charge to visit and quote. Will still pay you guys but my business will go elsewhere. Should be quoting for free.

Really professional. Great to deal with throughout.

Just had our shower room completely renovated. Great help from Sean in picking the suitable boards and fixtures and how it all comes together. The installers, Johnathan and his assistant both worked hard and carried out a fantastic job. It must be as my wife was extremely happy with it. No mess, all tidied up after them. Happy to recommend them and use them again.

Had some issues with our bath when moving into our new place and Shaun and his team were absolutely brilliant! Communicated everything so clearly which made it easy for our insurers to approve everything, and got us sorted out super quickly. Had Jonny and another member of the team ((I forgot to ask his name, so sorry!)) over to fix the issues and they were super patient in explaining what exactly was wrong, and why they had fixed everything the way they did. Super fast service, cleaned up after themselves, and were super polite the entire time. 100% recommend :]

The guy who came over was lovely and very helpful, but when I got the quote it was eye watering high at £816 I was told that to stop two dripping showers I would need a whole new shower at the cost of £300 rather than just a new cassette and a new cassette for the other one at a cost of £160 pounds.
I spoke to a friend and he recommending taking both Cassettes to the Shower Doctor in Sighthill. Both new cassettes cost me a total of £45 and took 30 mins to fit, saving me £771.

They fixed my heating system by doing a powerflush. It was expensive, but they did a very good job and I'm very happy the heating is working again. I will no doubt use them again.
