Very pleasant, efficient and tasty! I’ve tried the salmon (delicious!) the Maine redfish (not really my favorite compared to my fresh caught redfish from Florida) and the cod (delicious!). Still working on the other items in my package!

Love the fish but we were gone for the day and when I got home and unpacked the box , the fish was still frozen solid. Very happy about that!

My order did not ship and the company never reached out to me. A week later I reached out and asked them to cancel, which they did and refunded my money. Poor customer service.

A customer service experience so bad, its completely destroyed my experience with this company. I will be cancelling my subscription. It should have been an easy effortless solution. Instead I had to write several emails with the very simple, and helpful to you, solution... the only thing the CS rep refused to consider. His first solution was literally to suggest that I gorge on a complete shipment of thawed on arrival fish in 24 hours and it just got worse from there. In addition, they send out emails in the CEOs name giving the impression he will respond to any concerns. It's a total lie. I doubt a company this bad at customer service can be trusted to be rigorous with their supply chain.

When you’re landlocked and craving fresh fish, sea to table is one of the best options we’ve found. The sourcing is very important to us and this site provides that with reliable information. Delivery is guaranteed to be frozen and despite heat waves in past, we’ve never had a problem. The choice is good and portions appropriate (although not terribly generous). It might seem pricey to some, but we understand the cost of fresh, quality fish and are willing to pay for it. I find that stocking up my freezer allows me options and allows free shipping since I bundle an array of things.

My wife and I were looking for heart healthy food and Sea toTable delivers high quality sea food rapidly with great instructions on storage and preparation. It is also great to know they care about freshness and taking care of our oceans natural habitat. Thank God for ocean fish being delivered to our door.

While I like the sustainability and tracing and what that does for the environment- our box was delivered to us soaking wet. One of the wrapped paper containers was also ripped. This is my first time ordering from Sea to Table and I expected a more enjoyable experience - not less.

It’s easy to select what your palate favors. The seafood is delivered flash frozen. It tastes better than any other source I know of in Ohio. I’m finicky brought up on the coast where fresh meant, now. Though frozen, this is truly fresh tasting.
