Sea n Rent double charges when you book on Airbnb or Booking.com! The properties advertised aren't as pictured and are filthy

Due to the political tension in Israël we asked to reschule, not a single response and they took all the money. Prefer booking to other websites where unexcepted situations are taken seriously.

I would strongly encourage people not to deal with this company or rent from these guys. They are not taking care of their apartments and apartments look like dorm facilities, even though the location is good. It smells like mold, and I would strongly encourage people not to trust the pictures they post.

This company is a completely scam. Entered into a mould infested uninhabitable property to keep being told the issue would be resolved to which nothing happened and no compensation given. Avoid at all cot!

Do not book with this company. I spent 3 days at a penthouse in Tel Aviv with a mucky, cold jacuzzi. The customer service ( only through text and wouldn’t get on the phone) gave me the run around and then ghosted me. Horrible. Stay away.

We booked an apartment that was advertised as being on the 2nd floor, and with a bomb shelter. The day before our arrival we learned it was actually a ground floor apartment, and on our first night there, when the rocket alert siren sounded, we found out that there is no shelter in the building either.

The apartment itself was also in bad shape, with windows that don't close all the way, creaky beds, smelly bathrooms, and general wear and tear.

We left the apartment after one night and stayed at a hotel. Sea 'n Rent booking terms say "no refunds", but since the apartment was different to how it was listed in significant ways, I felt that a refund was due. For several months I contacted Sea 'N Rent again and again via email and WhatsApp and was told they were looking into it, until finally I got a response that no refund was coming.

I did get a 10% discount on my next booking with them, which will never happen.

We had a terrible experience with Sea N Rent. The apartment was advertised as brand new, but was old and in a bad state.
Some of the ‘gems’ we encountered there: broken furniture, scribbles on the walls, heavily cracked walls, dirty dishes in the cabinet, mold on the walls and in the bathroom. To top things off the water boiler broke three times so we didn’t have hot water. There was an electricity outage twice due to the issues with the water boiler. And there was a blockage in the shower which flooded the bathroom and hallway.
The worst part was the treatment we got for these things. Some were fixed during our stay, requiring us to leave the house for hours (we were not reimbursed for this). Others were not. We were constantly having to report damage and we’re very disappointed with the manner in which it was handled and lack of responsibility taken.
