When my GBP was suspended for 'Deceptive Content' I tried appealing this myself (there was nothing whatsover deceptive about its content)- fail. No way to contact a human being at Google, and of course, no way to find out what triggered the suspension (not that I could correct it now anyway). Thanks Google!
Anyway, Dorian did a great job of battling the bots and getting me reinstated. Guided me through the process with patience and perseverance. Excellent communication too.

After hours of research i resubmitted an appeal only for it to be denied again and banned from making anymore reappeals.
