New Season has contacted me and sending a new set... Extra patience during these COVID times is more important than ever while companies struggle to fulfill orders and address customer complaints. I knew something was not right given the previous excellent service level of this company (I bought a set of bamboo sheets for the summer last year and they are perfect!). I'm a happy customer once again. This is a company willing to go the extra distance. Thanks New Season!

Torn linen sheets 4 months later... I'm sorry but no, this should not happen when you take care of your linens (which I do). Three different attempts to simply contact New Season and not even making a demand; I'm simply wanting a reply to understand why?

I received 2 vintage linen duvet covers rather than 1 duvet cover and 1 sheet set.

I recently received the Bamboo & Linen sleep set. If you are looking for a cozy, don't want to get out of bed feeling, then these sheets are for you!

My white bedding looks like someone was handling it while eating a slice of pizza. I found several stains on the fabric.

They arrived very quickly. The double I bought are for a Christmas gift.

I have ordered Avalon jacquard duvet cover. Amazing stitching and beautiful fabric. I have a couple questions Prem is the best to deal with any issues you may have. I have left couple messages for other people but no body returned my call. Finally I spoke to Prem and he resolved my issues. Prem is very courteous, and professional . He made sure that I am happy and satisfied.
I will definitely buy again and will deal directly with Prem.

I am very happy with the FLANNEL NEW BUFFALO 4PC 100% COTTON SHEET SETs that I ordered easily online. I purposely waited to write a review until I got to use these flannel sheets and found out that they are exactly what I was looking for. The material is of great comfortable quality and I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for high quality, affordable and very comfortable flannel sheets.

I loved my linen sheets. I'd been looking for a Canadian business that was plastic-free and also had fair prices. I'm thrilled. I also love the organic cotton pillow cases I got as well. Would totally recommend!!
