Purchasing the part was a good experience. Even to the point of delivery, all went well and was happy. But, that soon changed when the part bought, arrived in an already opened packed inside the envelope, half the visor clip l ordered was missing. So l photographed the packet and sent an email to the customer service address. Only to have this bounce back as undeliverable. Logged online too, to now only get a coming soon page. No after service at all, no website direction and how l can return or do anything seems impossible. Really poor business responsibility and l would not recommend buying anything from them. Extremely disappointing. Stuck with half a part that May as well just be binned along with the money paid

Would not recommend.
Bought 2 parts for my boot which have now ceased after 3 weeks from fitting.
Their warranty requires parts to be seen by a Seat dealership who require £180 for a check.
Customer service was far from helpful after being told 'If you think the part is faulty, then that is the process unfortunately
There is nothing more that we can do'

Highly recommend you stay away from this company.
Go to a dealership directly instead!!

I have used this company a many times for parts for my 2 SEAT Leons but my most recent interaction (or lack of) makes me disappointed.

I sent an email with photos on 27.07.2026 asking Peter Knight if they sold those parts as I could not find them (Peter before has been helpful with such requests even adding to the site missing parts that I have been looking for) but I did not get a response and so on 02.08.2026 I nudged him again and since then it has been almost 2 months and I still have not had a response. I even went down the usual route of sending a parts enquiry form (I have always sent emails directly to employees I knew worked at the company and had quick responses) but did not get a response even to the parts enquiry form.

Something has happened with this company and it is going to waste unfortunately.

I’m only giving one star because I’ve no option but too, stay well clear of this company, terrible customer service, item never arrived at my address and still no idea what DHL has done with it or were it delivered it to be honest, have tried calling and e-mailing, never replied or acknowledged the E-mails.

Do you self a huge favour and stay well clear of the this company because they are absolutely rubbish at everything they do.

The parts were as described and kept updated on delivery, but the packaging was poor as they packaged the two small cardboard boxes with the items into a flimsy plastic bag.

Order took a month to arrive and only after I had contacted them.
Once it arrived the parts were used and not complete with bits missing.
Order then took a further 2 weeks to arrive and once again only after contacting them.

Rubbish customer service. I ordered a part (that was showing as in stock) on the Tuesday and not heard anything since receiving the confirmation of order e-mail and after calling them on the Saturday (after 7 attempts), I was told the part was not in stock and there was no anticipated delivery date.

Not a jot of customer service and backed up by the customer service review of 2.5 on trust pilot.

Order a car part and wrong part arrived. I sent it back and after 3 weeks still have not received a refund after emailing them multiple times.

Part ordered for Seat Alhambra, quick delivery however slight variation in product supplied. Contacted via online form, quick reply and correct part sent with no issues.

Ordered a new coolant bottle, arrived well packed and with quick delivery via DPD. Would use them again for other parts.

Terrible service and returns.
Ordered and received no communication for 2 weeks. Went on their website and cancelled the order.
They reply within 2 days so I waited. Then before the 2 days expired I had confirmation of dispatch.
Having taken car to garage to get it fixed at a much higher cost because they took too long I tried to cancel delivery.
But it got delivered. So tried to arrange a return buy no reply to my email.
So now I am 107 out of pocket for the part and paid 200 to garage.
Don't use them
