Tickets received in good time before the game. Hospitality package was great, seats were amazing with a great view of the pitch.
Just a shame about the game & result (Atalanta did really well).
The only thing I would question is the price differential between a midweek and weekend game, they’re the same package, same seats, so surely the weekend games should be the same price as the midweek games?!

Made my dream come true using Seatloader to visit Anfield. Pleased with the support before purchasing and rather fast responses. Receiving and using the ticket also nice and easy. Disliked that for an already very expensive ticket you get suprised in the checkout with having to pay 100 pounds on top of already 600 pounds, which is already a bad price-performance ratio. There is no real information what the included "Airport Transfer Voucher" means. I thought that the whole transfer is included in the price meanwhile I got informed 1 day before my flight that this would cost close to another 100 pound. The communication there via mail was really poor, as i got misled first with what the Transfer includes and then no information till 1 day before my flight. For that amount of money to visit a football game I expected a better service.

Great service and no hassle receiving the ticket for LFC v SHU. I would highly recommend them and likely use again in the future.

Both my father and I had a wonderful experience visiting Anfield after so long. Our Liverpool tickets arrived almost immediately after purchasing tickets for the Luton game. Getting to see my favourite players let alone experiencing the aurora of Klopp during his final season is something I will never forget! Cannot recommend enough
