SCAM ALERT! HORRIBLE SERVICE
I purchased a calculator and the full thing arrived. The thing is, it didn't work so I tried to get support in the discord server but I was COMPLETELY ignored by the support people and even the admin. I eventually got banned for no reason at all? Would not recommend, they took my money and didn't bother helping or giving me a refund.

Hi Muizz, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We take all feedback seriously, but after thoroughly checking our records, we have no record of a purchase, support interaction, or ban associated with your name or account - and we currently have zero banned members in our Discord server.
We also want to clarify that all of our transactions are processed through PayPal, which means it is never possible for us to simply "take" someone's money, PayPal's buyer protection allows you to open a dispute or request a chargeback through your bank at any time.
Given all of this, we genuinely have to ask: is it possible you may be thinking of a different business? There are competitors and resellers out there, and it's possible the experience you described happened with one of them rather than with us directly.

received my calculator promptly but had an issue connecting to ai, talked to their customer service rep and he helped me resolve it in just a few minutes, would definitely recommend this company and their products

I think i’ve had an amazing experience with secret solver, the customer service is above and beyond, the response time is quick, i literally sent them and email at 9:30 and they came back to me in 30 mins, their board is really good, its easy to use once you know the password by memory, if you have an issue they will come back to you in the discord, the calc seems expensive but its truly an amazing investment for your academic career. 5 stars

Outstanding Customer Service
Had an excellent experience. After comparing sellers, this place was the most professional and offered the best prices. Despite having an unreasonable and time-sensitive request, Slick quickly made accommodations to expedite my order. Support also got to me as quickly as possible. I can’t wait to get my hands on the product, I’ll update my review once I do

Reliable Support - Reliable Calculators
I do not think I have ever had to wait more than 2 minutes for a response with these guys. Had a problem - fixed within 2 minutes. Not surprised if these guys sell these calculators out with extreme demand.
