I did affiliate for them for a year but they did not send the payment to us even I sent ton of email without the reply

I needed to make some of my photos more professional and right now a professional photoshoot just isn't in the budget. Decided to try AI generation to see if it produced anything close to realistic. After an absolutely horrible experience with another company, I ended up on Secta Labs. First batch did not turn out as expected and I'll admit, I contacted support in a bit of a mood. Ended up connected directly with Marko Jak who 1) was extraordinary cool given that I was upset coming into the conversation, but then he had the entire batch remade (with new photos from me) plus added on some of their new/advanced image generation. Blown away by the result (the profile pic I have now is an example). Honestly, just a really good example of customer service, even in the face of a customer coming in hot like I did. Cannot recommend the company enough.

Result looks terrible don't waste your money.

Asked to submit all kinds of photos including group photos. I’m bald, the AI took the pics of my wife and I and blended us together so I have her hair which looks like a toupee and my face. Hilarious but entirely unusable for what I needed.

I had very high hopes for this, and I absolutely hate taking photographs, so it seemed a no-brainer.
I had to discard so many images that were either two long thumbs, too many or too few fingers. Image distortion showing a clear 'tell' of AI images and just looking fake. It kind of followed some of my style - which was a pleasant surprise, but it tried to include my jewellery which was a mess. Not sure what use the body shots are if the proportions are off (no, I am not THAT tall, or that petite), and it got my hair colour wrong. What helps it allows you to choose your favourite 'face', but not what your actual hair colour is (it changes for us ladies, folks). You can make changes, sure, but only if you pay more money.
Was it a total waste? No. But where I was recommending this as an option to others who are also in need of professional headshots, I won't be doing that anymore. There are some very obvious errors that (this far in the game) shouldn't still be an issue.
Also, don't be fooled by 'Lomography'. I'm a lomographer, and this gallery is closer to a summer picnic shoot (all the same kind of flavour and feel) which in itself is OK, but not if you asked for, and were expecting, lomo.)

I have short hair and 90% of the photos I just purchased show me with medium to long hair. I can't use most of them and I'm not paying to remix. This is super frustrating. I won't be buying again nor will I be referring my friends and family.

None of my images represented my body size, my head was about 1.5x-2x bigger than it should be and a forced upgrade was the only way to make any images provided somewhat usable

My photos were terrible. Most were obviously AI and had weird proportions or strange differences from my features. They also added wrinkles to my face that aren’t there and made the shape of my face very strange. The hairstyles looked like wigs. Very unhappy with this product as none of the photos were of a useable quality.

I used secta.ai as part of my company's branding effort.

When trying to use their invoices for accounting, I realized that the bill provided showed 75 JPY instead of 75 USD.

I've contacted customer support so that they could handle the change: they kept me waiting for weeks and did not solve the problem.

I had requested them to produce one manually: they ignored the request.

In the beginning I was a fan and I still am.

I had the chance to experience the way Startups go when they are young and have the drive and the ambition of being the best in their industry segment.

And yes, not everything is running perfect.
But here you get the chance to interact with the whole team on finding a very much solution for the problem, even if it's worse.

My best experience turned into worst experience and back.

Product was hyped and recommended but ultimately the results of the headshots created was subpar. 4/10 from my end. Im sure it works for some folks so maybe my pics were terrrible only

The whole gallery was messed up. Contacted the team several times but got no response.

No one will help you for days and days.

Primarily I see a broad issue with jewelry — many images have this odd fusion of my ears and earrings (which are styles I’d never wear), I look like a cyclops!

Necklaces in about 20% of the images aren’t even complete or finished and there are also versions of incomplete layered necklaces that look weird.

There’s a mix of silver and gold jewelry in same images which is something I’d never do. Further more the jewelry is not at all my style — often GIANT and GAWDY.

I wear an Apple Watch only — and in several images I’m shown with a luxury traditional watch, which I would never wear and find completely unusable for any “real”

Just so so bad.

I'm disappointed in the quality of the results. Some images were okay, and the rest were terrible. It looked fake, and some didn't even look like me. Secta has a lot of trouble with eyes and teeth, by the looks of it. Many of the images were not high quality.

Secta's customer service blew me away. When I encountered generation issues, a whole team stepped in to help, showing how much they care about their customers. There are plenty of AI photo generators out there, but Secta stands out by pairing a great product with outstanding support—truly a first-class experience.

Si j'avais pu j'aurais mis 0 étoile. Résultats catastrophiques : visage déformé, cheveux longs alors qu'ils sont court, disproportion entre corps et tête. sur les 120 photos, aucune n'est utilisable. Une belle arnaque, ne vous laissez pas avoir !
