Constant downtime, ticket responses average 48 hours. If you ever have a problem with your VPS being inaccessible, (which will happen like clockwork about every 3 weeks), it will take them at least 2 days to get back to you and fix the problem. If you care about reliability and uptime in the slightest, go somewhere else. I have been a customer for over a year and this has been CONSISTENTLY inconsistent.

God where do I start the support is SO BAD. VPS can be down all day with no reply to my high priority ticket.

Ok. Where do I start. There is no number to call support takes days or even a week to reply back. Our vps been down for 3 days now with no type of support, or reason to what is going on. We are losing money every min not being up and can’t contact customer support. For the monthly fee we pay I would think someone could answer high priority emails. Definitely will be switching servers ASAP.

I purchased a VPS and it was really good for its price. If you're looking for a good host with excellent DDoS protection, this is perfect.
