Instructor didn't seem prepared to teach the class. You could tell he was comfortable discussing some topics and would dive in a bit more. On topics he wasn't familiar with he just mentioned them quick at a very high level and told the class to go read the documents.. I guess I didn't pay for someone to tell me to go read all the NIST documents.
Instructor also got off topic too many times and spoke too much about himself and his non security/IT accomplishments. It's nice to know, but not necessary and wasting too much time. I felt classes were cut way short every day (ended around 3:30-4:00) and we didn't discuss enough. I spoke to other students and they felt they didn't learn anything as well. I could have spent the whole week reading the book and it would have been more beneficial.
This was my first time going with SecureNinja and they surely disappointed me.

Remy was an awesome instructor. He repeated what he taught throughout the lesson and had recaps each morning. Took time to answer any questions and was most helpful. He is seems to have a great command of material and experience. Outstanding!!

Great course of instruction! Lot of good information given.

The testing setup was a disaster. The class was delayed 4,5 hours because of the lack of preparedness from the proctor. There was no communication from the on-site folks which led to more confusion. It was unacceptable how long the whole class was sitting around just waiting to take the exam.

The class was ok. The instructor did a decent job explaining the material. However, he read verbatim from the book, which I can do on my own.

The test experience was absolutely terrible from the scheduling of the test to the actual test day. We received bad information about the test time (0930) and the day of the test were informed we could not test until later in the morning (1100). The test proctors were late getting to the facility and then encountered numerous problems with accessing the test, voucher information, incorrect list of test takers, etc. We were unable to test until 1330 - much later than we were told. We spent a lot of time sitting around wondering what was happening while the proctors left the room to try and resolve. It was very chaotic and extremely unconducive to taking a test. It caused a lot of undue stress for the test takers. The worst test experience I've ever encountered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I did not care for the instructor. He talked a lot about situations in his life and got off topic. He laughed a lot at his own jokes, which were not funny, and had bias opinions on a lot of topics. He continued to express how ITIL v4 was just a money grab for the company that bought out ITIL license. We could care less to hear about that. Just stick with the material

I really enjoyed the class....The instructor Okay was excellent..he provided us with an answer and explanation to each question. The staff assisted with other details. Overall, I would not hestiate to take another class from secure ninja

If it wasn't for the lectures, I would have failed the exam. The bootcamp was very beneficial for me as I have taken Sec+ before and failed. Great class. I would go back.

Great experience and I'm glad I finally took the bootcamp. The instructor was excellent. Great job of getting his points/objectives across and lots of good drills and focus on understanding the test questions

The class went good and covered all the materials to be prepared for CISSP exam. The classroom's air condition needs to be improved and the CISSP class needs to be taught in the right environment for the future.

Great class by Dr Blanche. Only issue I had was the constant rude interruptions by this one Student name Ted. He kept disagreeing with both the instructor and the actual material and NIST publications. Totally unprofessional and rude. Inconsiderate. I applaud Dr Blanche patience.

This was an Excellent training course. My instructor was very detailed and made sure to cover all of the major objectives on the exam. I will definitely use SecureNinja for future certifications.
