The team are genuinely helpful, they actually answer the phone (which makes a huge difference), and they take the time to help us work through screening with candidates who aren’t very tech-savvy.

We needed an urgent security clearance report for a candidate and were recommended Secure Screening Services. The customer service was excellent and I particularly wish to single out Ting Ting who was extremely helpful when their app/website was not performing as it should. I would have given a 5* review had it not been for the numerous website issues I experienced during the registration process. Be warned it is not compatible with any other browser than Chrome. I hope they can improve on this going forward. The human contact and customer service I experienced whilst trying to get this report urgently was amazing. Thank you Ting Ting.

Simon was super helpful getting my report done quickly for special financial screening required by our client on one of our employees. It is rather difficult to find excellent customer service with all the automation other companies use, but Secure Screening Services does the best customer service I have experienced!

Excellent service. I was able to see my candidate's progress with his security checking easily and at a glance from the dashboard. The portal is very user friendly and easy to navigate, but Jon Adams was on the end of the phone to answer any questions I had and to assist when prompt action on my part was needed. I have sent over photos of my ID more times than I care to remember and I’m constantly being asked to do it again.

I never hand out my personal details to any other companies. I don’t sign up for anything and keep my details private . Since handing over my personal details to this company for the first time in over 10 years, I’m suddenly getting phone calls from scam companies, telling me I’ve been in an accident asking me if I need help with debt consolidation et cetera et cetera. I have had DBS checks done with other companies in the past and they’ve all run smoothly and efficiently. the only people that call me are my employers and my friends and family. Worst decision my employer ever made using this company as the initial application was made in July and it still hasn’t been sorted out but I feel my details have been shared in the wrong places.

I was in a right muddle with trying to get everything together for my clearance but after talking with Mike, he made everything super easy and my clearance was approved the next day! Thank you Mike for your knowledge and care :)
