I asked for a refund and I still have not been contacted

The computer locked up. Husband didn't know how to correct with all the messages on screen. Called Microsoft to assist with correction. Tech explained situation; installed software and corrected errors. Customer Service was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Techexpertos is a scam they phone you persuade you to buy and fail to tell you that next year is £1400 pounds and the next year is £1400 ...pressure sales the blackmail you into paying threatening court proceedings DONT PAY False representative aggressive sales threatening behaviour

The transaction email has been written by a 3th party with remote access to my computer

Was scammed by a computer support company. Got in touch with Secure Shop who arranged an immediate refund. Money was back in my account within 2 days. Brilliant service!!!!!

I was assured that I would NOT receive any more calls after I settled this account and as of today I have received 2 more calls. This is beyond harassment!!!
