I paid aswell for the "skip the queue" to receive my eSIM in 72 hours. However, 3 weeks later und more than 5 support requests, I haven't even received one message back. As others said, a few people get paid to write positive reviews on Trustpilot, so don't believe them. Stay away from seeek.co !

Purchased the "front of the line" service to get "free" eSIM. First eSIM worked fine, but expired after 7 days. Imposssible to get renewed after 4 weeks of trying via messaging and email to support. No response from Seeek.

A Google search shows other users in same boat. Positive reviews are from those who got the original eSIM... and you do get the first one within 72 hours when paying a fee, but it expires within 7 days and then you are ghosted by Seeek.

Nach Bezahlung keine Leistung erhalten. Nach Zahlung der Gebühr zum Überspringen der Warteschlange steht nach etwa einem Monat immer noch nur die Info, dass die eSim in max. 72 Stunden verfügbar sei. Service reagiert seit Wochen nicht auf Anfrage des Status per Mail.

Extrem lange Reaktions- und Lieferzeiten. Funktionierte dann eine Woche, nun Funkstille. Keine Internetverbindung mehr möglich (O2 / VF).

Ordered the (paid) esim, called "skip the queue", 14 days ago. Homepage says it can take up to 72hours to get it.
Reached out to support 6x since then. No reaction at any point, no esim.

Tried over the course of this week to contact Seeek and get my account closed but my messages and emails have gone unanswered.

Multiple messages to them on chats and have sent emails and getting nothing in return. What's more frustrating is that you can see the team and when they were last online.

You can't enact your right to be forgotten under UK law because messages are going unanswered.

Such potential here but CS is lacking.

Habe vor Wochen die 6$ bezahlt für „skip the queue“ und nie eine eSim erhalten. Auf zahlreiche Kontaktversuche, sowohl per Mail als auch via Chat, gab es keine Reaktion. Finger weg!

I recently encountered a technical issue where I was unable to bypass the queue and my mobile data stopped working after some time on the initial eSIM. The support team promptly generated a new eSIM for me, which successfully restored my connection.

Bei mir hat die Karte auch nur ca. 1 Woche funktioniert. Sie verbindet sich zwar automatisch mit O2 oder Vodafone, aber eine Internetverbindung klappt nicht mehr. Vom Support kommt keine Antwort mehr. Am Anfang kam wenigstens noch eine automatische Antwort, dass man sich innerhalb von 3 Werktagen melden wird, aber mittlerweile kommt nicht einmal mehr das. Ich kann nur davon abraten. Schon der Fakt, dass der Link zur Hilfeseite mit "404 page not found" endet, sagt doch glaube ich schon alles.
Update 9.6.24: Mittlerweile kann man auf der neuen Seeek-Webseite nicht einmal mehr Hilfe anfordern.
Nachtrag 20.9.24: Die eSIM kann auch nicht mehr installiert werden. Der Download bricht mit einer Fehlermeldung ab (Profile has not been released).

Feels like a scam. Paid the price for skipping the queue but never received a SIM card neither did the website update that I really skipped the website. Also never got an answer in my mailbox asking for help.
If possible, avoid it and looks for other alternatives.

E-Sim hat nur ein 2 Wochen funktioniert.
Danach den Chat 5x angeschrieben um einen Austausch der Simkarte gebeten.
Leider bekomme ich keine Rückmeldung.
Weder per Chat noch per Email.

6 Euro bezahlt für das ausprobieren von 1GB Daten. Schade...

I have the Nadir package in which you don't have to pay anything for your sim card. It works well; the process to request travel passes abroad is a little bit tedious though.

Hat nur ganz kurz funktioniert. Man wird darum gebeten, eine positive Trustpilotbewertung für einen Gigabyte Extra abzugeben. Nach wenigen Tagen konnte meine esim keine APN mehr beziehen und das internet geht nicht mehr. Der Support antwortet nicht mehr

Support is very helpful. I had some problems getting data working in Canada and they had a fix for me in minutes.

I understand Seeek is a startup with teething problems. Perhaps more info on their website would be helpful.
Had great CSA from Kaleena as I needed a Travel Pass for next week, esim pass was issued. Fingers crossed that data just rolls over and I dont have to be in touch weekly.
So far so good!
Update- zero CSA response for a month, travel pass DID not work in Europe as promised. No clue what is going on, emailed since returning and still no response.

Support meldet sich nur alle paar Tage, Leistungen werden nicht erbracht, "refund policy" ist lächerlich, es gibt nicht mal die Option, den Account zu löschen.
Auf der Website führen Links andauernd zu 404-Seiten.

Bloß nicht benutzen.
