Heel slechte ervaring. De eerste keer verliep alles goed, al vond ik het toen al vrij duur. Later heb ik opnieuw een bestelling geplaatst voor ongeveer €75.
Tot mijn verbazing adviseerde dr. gynaecologe mij om het product in bulk aantallen te bestellen. dus niet de gewenste 60 capsules , maar moest ik ineens meer afnemen, met een totaalprijs van €200. Dat vond ik onacceptabel. Ik heb de bestelling daarom geannuleerd en het product vervolgens zonder ingewikkelde identificatieprocedures elders gewoon voor €75 kunnen kopen.
Daarnaast vind ik het zeer twijfelachtig dat er bij een online aankoop zomaar om een scan van een paspoort wordt gevraagd. Voor zover ik weet, is dit niet gebruikelijk en mogelijk zelfs niet toegestaan.
Ik had via de website een bestelling geplaatst voor 60 capsules utrogestan en ontving een offerte waarop duidelijk stond dat 60 capsules in totaal inclusief consult €75 zouden kosten. Het kan toch niet zo zijn dat mij vervolgens meer van dit product word opgedrongen in plaats van 60 capsules die ik wilde bestellen.
Ik vraag mij serieus af wie hier beter van wordt. Het lijkt mij niet de bedoeling dat een arts ineens probeert te verkopen terwijl de klant expliciet 60 capsules wil bestellen.
Tenslotte vind ik het te ver gaan dat ik mijn paspoort en gezicht moest scannen, daarom heb ik hierover een melding gedaan bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP), omdat webshops doorgaans niet zomaar om een kopie of scan van je identiteitsbewijs mogen vragen.
Hun reactie hierop is net zo afwijkend als hoe ze de bestelling hebben afgehandeld.

Binnen ons platform wordt elke aanvraag beoordeeld door een geregistreerde arts. Soms kan het advies afwijken van wat je zelf hebt geselecteerd, bijvoorbeeld als een andere hoeveelheid of behandelduur medisch gezien beter past. Dat is altijd gebaseerd op medische overwegingen, niet op verkoop.
De prijs die je eerst ziet hoort bij de optie die je zelf kiest. Als een arts een ander behandelvoorstel doet, kan dat invloed hebben op de totale prijs. Je bent in zo’n geval altijd vrij om dat wel of niet te accepteren.
Wat betreft de identiteitscheck: we begrijpen dat dit als een grote stap kan voelen. Dit is echter een verplicht onderdeel van online medische zorg, zodat artsen en apotheken veilig en verantwoord kunnen werken. Dit gebeurt via beveiligde systemen en volgens de geldende privacyregels.
We vinden het vervelend dat je dit zo hebt ervaren en nemen je feedback mee om onze service verder te verbeteren.

This business tricks you into overpaying outrageous prices. A month ago, I purchased hormone therapy on this site and the price was rather high, but I accepted that because the description said it included the cost of the doctor consultation. However, later I wanted to follow up with another prescription, and of course it was necessary to proceed with another consultation. Following the prompts on the website, I paid €50 for a consultation with the doctor. The doctor made recommendations for three new medications. Then when I saw the bill, I was being charged the highest prices I’ve ever seen for these medications. A 3-month supply of oestrogel was €222, two packs of estrogen cream were €240, and two tubes of tretinoin for €150. In the US, where healthcare is the most expensive in the world, I never had to pay this much for estradiol and tretinoin, even at retail price. It’s one thing if the price is set that high to cover a doctor consultation, but I already had the consultation. I wrote to the service to ask why the price is always elevated to include a consultation and received the response that this is simply how much the medication costs. I asked if I can get a copy of the doctor’s prescriptions so I can order the medication from another pharmacy that charges normal prices. They told me no, my consultation does not include receiving a prescription, only a recommendation to buy their medications at their prices. I wasted €50 and received nothing for it. Stay away from this business. It would cost you far less to see a reputable doctor in person in your geographic area and then go to a local pharmacy, even if you have no health insurance coverage.

Jag la en order på deras hemsida och betalade men fick sedan mail att jag bröt mot någon guideline för medicinen. Vad ska jag brutit emot, jag la bara en order? Ta då bort att beställning och betalningen kan genomföras från eran hemsida. Det är ju i så fall ni som bryter mot guidelines. Oseriösa anser jag.
