If you are an organized person, Southeast Financial has an exceptionally smooth process from first contact to funds dispersing! The website is 100% intuitive to use. I dealt with Tonya E. through the origination and document verification process and Makenzie R. through the funding process and their communication and customer service was 10/10! I have already recommended them to two friends.

I chose Southeast Financial (SF) because they found a competitive loan rate with 0 down for my RV purchase and because of the assigned Loan Officer, Alison Ragsdale. From the very beginning, Alison extensively communicated with me via phone and email and throughout the process. She took the reins with the dealer for required documentation and information. I had received a similar financial offer through the RV dealer however the bill of sale, listed line-item costs and fees from the dealer that were confusing and did not seem to add up. The numbers and fees were not clear including additions for a third party title service confused things even further. Still considering SF, I communicated this to Alison and sent her the sales documents. She took the time to review and make sense of the costs from the dealer for me. Alison explained to me that SF would handle the entire process, soup to nuts. SF web site also documented the step-by-step process. The RV purchase was being made outside of my local state and my state DMV web information for out of state purchase, taxes, registration process was also somewhat unclear. Alison took the time via phone and several email communications to make it clear that SF would do all of the title and registration work. I would receive a new title from my state and registration and plates via mail. I would not have to lift a finger or deal with the local DMV. During the process Alison sent a number of emails directly to the dealer for documentation required and correction of information. Because I had to make flight arrangements to pick up the coach I had a fixed schedule. Alison was very aware of this and assured me several times we would make the deadline. It came down to the 23rd hr and Alison proactively made arrangements to send correspondence to the dealer if required. Registration is still ongoing and SF is on top of everything.

From the start I had Alison Ragsdale as my loan officer and I couldn't speak more highly! We were on a short timeline for our boat loan as the seller was going out of town for a month. Alison was on the ball from the start, she knew the time frame and made it happen and throughout the process she made sure I had all the faith in her. She even answered questions I never expected her to on her day off. Getting a loan can be super stressful but working with Alison and Southeast Finanical was a breeze and I would recommend to anyone!! Even the funding team Grace and Cheyenne were equally as amazing and getting everything completed just in time!

I am thrilled with everyone who worked so diligently their professional manner is very refreshing and I would be hard pressed to find any shortfalls.

There website is misleading don't bother unless you have over a 720 score that's there requirement

Candace was extremely helpful and patient with me, helping me get all of the needed loan information together. Therefore, she had everything together when she sent it to the loan dept. Check was issued in 1 1/2 days.
