Visited Dubai for a summer holiday in early June. Got into an accident and had to have a wheelchair on roll. With confusion and a little r&d, landed on the website of Sehaaonline. I’m so glad to reach out to these guys. They helped with the delivery formalities (as a tourist I wasn’t well versed with the directions) and got the right help on time. Highly recommended medical equipment store from my side!
I visited Dubai with my grandfather this summer and sehaaonline was incredible with their rental service. I wanted to rent out a wheelchair, they helped me select, and made sure it was delivered timely. Couldn’t recommend them more! Thank you team.
Be aware when using this online site to purchase medical items. If you take the time to fully analyse the Terms and Conditions, you will see there is a 7 day time limit on return of goods that might be defective or unsuitable. Also some items do not even have this 7 day open window. I purchased an orthaepadic air boot in prepartion for some upcoming surgery on my ankle. By the time I noticed that the boot was leaking the air, I was told there could be no return due to the 7 day period. So as always, Caveat Emptor or buyer beware when purchasing from this company. There are NO Warrantee's!
