It has been good so far hopefully my dress will arrive on time

I wasn’t sure when the delivery time was at no charge, so it would be good to state that please,

The customer service is terrible, they will give you the run around for a return, make you take numerous photos over several days just to then offer you 10% off another item- why would I risk buying another item when they gave me the run around about returning something that I didn’t like the fit of. Very poor interactions over a return that won’t happen. When I contacted them right away, I will donate the dress and I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS BRABD AGAIN-BUYER BEWARE!!! Dawn B

I needed a dress for an outdoor farm wedding and corresponded back and forth with Selarina Customer Service and they asked and I gave them my measurements as I am petite at 5'0". I told them from the bottom of my neck, the back of the skirt should be no longer than 4'6" as i did not want it dragging in the grass/dirt. They agreed and assured me they would comply. This did not happen the dress I got shipped is an embarrassment and is between 1 1/2- 2' longer than requested. They will not refund my money and said I will be charged for the return. If they had told me they would not customize the length as per my request, i would have cancelled my order. I will never order online again and definitely not from this business. They do not provide reputable customer service. Good luck if you dare. If I could have, I would have given the a -5.

Selarina is a Chinese company, all returns or exchanges have to be sent back to China at the customer's expense. They have chosen to not have a return facility in the USA! Their dresses are not made in US sizes!

Buyer beware if the item you purchase doesn’t fit or you don’t like it when you try it on they will not refund your money !

Selection is nice. Prices are affordable.
One problem though. I sent a message immediately after I ordered and have not received a reply. I wanted the light green colour and that is the one I chose but upon checking my order after purchase it said I ordered the black one. I really need to change the colour. It’s for a summer wedding. I am the mother of the groom. While black is slimming, I don’t feel it is appropriate for my son’s wedding. I hope to be contacted soon as the wedding isn’t too far off. It’s July 11th, 2026.

I was shopping for a mother of the bride dress through sites on instagram when Selarina popped up. I immediately fell in love with more than one of their dresses. After scrolling for days, I couldn't find anything I liked more than their styles. I know all eyes are on the bride, but I still want to look my best! I'm excited to get my dress! Ordering was very easy, adding custom sizing was well guided. Their prices are very competitive!!
