My product was delivered late on the Friday night and payment was in my account by 3pm on Monday .
Gave them a call on Monday and they were very helpful. I will use again in future

They do not honour their own terms & conditions
This company do not honour their prices. The FAQ for selling a watch state they do not require the strap or charger. However they refused to honour their own terms and conditions and would not pay me.
Warning- do not use this company.
