Please don’t fall for the higher price they offer online because that’s just a trap, you would never get the offered price when you take your car there. Keep in mind they will give you at least 5% less than what they offer online.

Best price out there was paid and jay was very helpful.

I was told via the call handler that I would receive the minimum of £946 for my car. I told them all the details if it and was honest of its condition. They stayed not to worry and I would get at least the minimum of the range quoted.
When I took the car they stated they would only give £250 for the car. I pointed out what call handler said and it was a case of unlucky. They did exactly the same to the next person as I was in the office cabin when they were serving him. Complete snake oil sales person. I strongly recommend you don't use these. This is a genuine review and not vindictive at all. I really didn't care as I expected it from these people

Easy to discover and good customer service

Amin was very helpful in explaining the process of selling car / car valuation and did not force us to sell the car on the spot, although I was disappointed as the final quote obtained was much less than the online valuation range which I don’t think is his fault however.. (lesser than the lowest estimated value although the car was in perfect condition with no scratches etc).

Amin was really pleasant to deal with. Polite and genuine.
