I Queried these regarding my stepdad! They've ended up absolutely harassing me constantly phoning my phone I've blocked the number they've used other numbers they are an absolute pest !! Leave me alone I've tried to have them remove my number yet still they ring ABSOLUTELY ANNOYING!! Stop harassing me , if I needed your services I'd of rang you myself it's so bad now STOP IT !! It feels like stalking /harassment!!
Thank you for your response I'd asked a chap to STOP & remove my number then got 2 calls back to back the following day ! However it has now stopped yet all it did was add stress to me at a most certainly difficult time & was wholly unhelpful, AND STILL THEY RANG ME !!! My friend sadly passed away Friday 22/5 & these jokers rang again !! I went absolutely BALLISTIC at them I'm hugely dissapointed at a company thsts supposed to help THEY were told my father was in a home & must of rang 10 more times after receiving this information!! So SO SO SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL avoid at all costs of you value your peace!! They are intrusive pests !!! This was. 22/05/26 so continued a further month !!! Disgusting

Maya was extremely helpful.it was very stressful trying to find a care home for my mum i must have rang 20 places and got no where. i would try senior home and their first recommensation was actually perfect.5 mins from my house and they take very good care of my mum.

Nikki Green was incredibly helpful, understanding, informative and supportive. She quickly grasped the situation and came up with several solutions which has led to my brother being able to have some respite care in an environment that will work well for him, ahead of moving into a more permanent home. Nikki regularly checked in and kept in touch which was comforting.

At a time of family stress it was really apreciated to have someone to talk with and seek adviise and help.
In particular Jake Saunders was of great help. His suggestions led us to being able to find the right care package and accomodation. I was also useful to have his `follow-up` calls.

Made my enquiry on line in the afternoon and was phoned shortly afterwards by Hannah. Hannah made some suggestions for CQC Good rated Nursing Care Homes near me. All of them contacted me within 24 hours to discuss my relatives needs and if the home would be appropriate for them, offering visits, too. This Senior Home Plus service has worked well for me by taking away some of the stress involved in looking for a suitable care home. Hannah also followed up a few days later to see hoe I was getting on. A nice touch. Thank you Hannah.

We needed emergency respite care for a 96 year old Aunt. Maya Smith at Senior Home Plus was amazing, calm, informative, kind. Maya helped us choose the right home for our loved one so quickly that Auntie was safe and sound in her new home by 3pm the same day. Thank you for your kindness Maya x

They gave my email out to numerous care homes without my consent, and despite over 10 requests won't take me off their list! Worst spammers ever

I am constantly pestered by Joey. I’ve told him five times now their services are not required and he persists in contacting me through multiple channels showing a lack of sensitivity. I have eight text messages for a start, six of them since I said no thank you. There is no way to contact them to complain from what I can see, not that I should have to. Leave people alone when they tell you to.

I spoke with a very understanding person named Josh Moore. He listened to our needs and suggested care homes that would be suitable for our relative. It was less stressful knowing we had help.

I contacted Senior Home Plus in the Autumn of last year and received a list of homes in the area. Eventually, I was able to place my mother without their help. I have informed the Company that I no longer require their service but, unfortunately, I seem to be unable to get them to stop sending me emails, no matter how many times I ask. Anyone else experienced this and have advice please?

I contacted Hannah at senior home plus on 4/1/26 as mum elderly mum had fallen and she was in need of urgent respite care, Hannah was wonderful, reassuring and incredibly helpful.
she was able to identify care homes in our locality with immediate bed availability,
mum was admitted to Rivermere care home, sevenoaks kent within 48hours ( and this was over the new year period ! )
Mum is now happy safe and well fed, the home is lovely ( more like Marigold hotel !)

I contacted Senior Home Plus to get information and advice about residential care for my mother. I spoke to Jenifer Walker, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about locations available. She put in me in touch with a local care home, but unfortunately at this time we have had to put plans on hold. If situations change I would have no worries about contacting Senior Home Plus again for help.

Initially very helpful conversation. However having said they would send me details of up to 5 possible care homes, they sent my details to 20+ Homes without my permission or the relevant information regarding my family member. I have been inundated with calls and emails which are unwanted.
I have sent many emails saying we are no longer looking but keep getting contact from the advisor.

I contacted Senior Care Plus between Christmas and New Year following concerns about Dad and that as a family we felt he required additional support. I was really impressed that Jake Saunders immediately provided support and recommend a home that my Dad moved into soon after. It has a close to family so they can regularly visit, and as a family, we have been really impressed with the care and compassion our Dad has received. Things have moved along so quickly and smoothly which is greatly appreciated. We are really grateful to Jake and the team at the home where he is receiving the great care he needs.

Joseph has been helpful and patient in our search when we are desperate. Luckily, our aged elderly don't need this type of service now. In the future, if we need this service, we will go back to Joseph.
