Shipping is super slow, return policy advertised on the website is false and you end up paying shipping costs to Germany (in my case 50 euros for a product i paid 160) to exercise your right of return.
Beware my box was completely unopened, still sealed.

I seriously doubt this is even compliant to EU trade regulations.

Not worth it

The sock has caused significant bruising on my son’s feet. Even with switching sides and using for minimum time. The camera disconnected after the second week and did not reconnect. DO NOT RECOMMEND this brand

Ordered on Amazon. Communication from the company was great. The packaging was well secure and the package arrived quickly.

Absolute scam. Ordered a sense u baby sock. It turned out to only include heart rate function unlike what they advertise on their website and social media! No blood oxygen monitoring. The device does not detect correctly when baby is active and continues to record it as "peaceful". The heart rate jumps from 130 to 60 in one second at times which can't be correct. Customer care is pretty much non existent. They charge you£15 for "taxes" with your order but the order arrived within two days, so clearly was not shipped from oversees. The cost of shipping the product back is apparently the onus of the customer! AVOID, it's a scam.

I brought the sense-u sock for my newborn and I love it. I have bad anxiety and it gives me piece of mind while I sleep. When the alarm goes off it’s really loud, because it did go off a couple of times saying her heart rate was slow. I would recommend the sense u sock to anyone for peace of mind.

Purchased the sock monitor for peace of mind but the design doesn’t ensure contact with baby’s skin so even if it’s on tight it doesn’t reliably work at all. Had to go through a long, pointless troubleshooting email conversation with support before returning. Refund took a lot of reminders to get and they tried to tell me I was responsible for returning shipping on a faulty product. They gave me £3 towards the shipping instead of the full amount, which is against consumers rights but at this point I can’t be bothered to argue anymore. Poor product and poor service.

They are SCAMMERS! We got smoke detectors. Did NOT work and no response from them.

Beside the fact that the app is horrible and the device keeps disconnecting even within short range, the way the company operates is a complete scam. They promise you a 30-night trial, not mentioning anywhere that returning the product means shipping overseas at your own expense. And even to get to this point you basically have to beg them for the return instructions via email

The worst camera I have ever used for anything! The app and notifications cause stress and do not put you at ease. The clip on my baby made her uncomorftanble and it runs our of batteries. Not rechargeable.
I ended up putting it on Facebook Marketplace a quarter of the price just so I could never look at it again.
