Not a real company

Not a real company, scam operation. They'll take your payment and then just not dispatch, radio silence on communications even though they're actively adding listings to the website. Refund requests ignored.

Avoid and do not order from them!

Ordered a single item, but the website design tricked me into thinking the order had not been complete, so I clicked on the button to complete it and it charged me for a second item (although I only wanted to buy one). I messaged them to request to cancel the second item, but without any response they cancelled and refunded both items. I purchased the item again, however it has not been delivered yet and it has been over 2 weeks. I have received no answer to my emails either. Very unprofessional.

I ordered the item - still waiting!

I ordered the item two and a half weeks ago, I have contacted customer services twice without hearing a reply and contacted the chat bot twice (I guess the chat bot doesn't actually respond to messages?) I am at a loss what to do now!

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company, they will take your money but it is highly unlikely that you will receive your item! I'm currently trying to help my daughter chase an item that she ordered on 6th December, no item received despite several emails and promises of a replacement from 'Julie'. As it became clear a replacement was not coming, she then requested a refund several times.....but this company is ignoring all of her emails. Disgraceful! I urge anyone with the same issues to contact trading standards, which is what we will now do, in hope that they will investigate this company!!

Item has not arrived

Item has not arrived - been waiting 2 weeks now. I have emailed and tried to contact via chat but nobody ever came back to me. Customer service is the worst I have experienced as nobody gave response! All I want is for the CEO or anyone useful from this company to get back to me via email!!! Heads up for everyone - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! To much trouble!

Item Not Arrived

Ordered item on 28 Dec and now 3 Feb and despite next day dispatch it has still not arrived. I have chased numerous times with Julie promising to send out another, this has not happened and they have not responded to any of my subsequent emails or online chat messages. I have not experienced such a disgraceful lack of customer service in all my years of dealing with online companies and I can only be left with the opinion that they do not care about you as a customer but only in getting your money off you until such time you have to persue them through whatever legal means possible. Therefore in my experience this company should be be avoided at all costs, or if you do not it will cost you a lot of time and trouble in trying to get your money back. One very disappointed and upset customer.

Reasonably satisfied with purchases

Most of my Senshi purchases have been of good quality and look like I will get years of use from them, however I purchased a adjustable grip strengthener and because of the side to side movement in the mechanism the moving components would catch on the handles when using in my left hand (but worked fine in my right hand) I had to shave some of the inner of the handle for it to work ok. I also purchased 2 e-gift cards and was sent an email a few days after saying “ As a token of our appreciation for choosing Senshi, we've enclosed an exclusive E-Gift Card just for you.” which to me sounds like they are giving me a gift card as a thanks for my purchase, but it turns out this is just one of the gift cards I purchased. Still the majority of what I purchased from them is good quality.

Unfulfilled

Ordered 2 items and neither came complete, missing cables/bolts/Anchor so not insignificant, I cannot yet use the items. Emailed customer care 2 days ago and no reply. Wouldn't mind but paid a bit extra to go with established brand rather than miscellaneous amazon.
