Chat bot non existent
Still waiting on refund after returning the goods and weeks and weeks of ignored e mails.
I see they have launched a 'chat bot' on their web page. Well, surprise surprise, they dont answer that either! I've posted a few reviews now on both products and the shocking- even fraudulent- service this company doesnt provide. Seen a few 'five star reviews' pop up as well following a run of one stars including mine...funny that.....Buyer beware!!

Awaiting delivery and poor customer care
Ordered item over a week ago with express delivery (1-2 day) and still waiting to receive. Received email with tracking details but delivery company still showing item not delivered to them. Complained and received message saying that will check but no update since.
