Sentinel actually saved our butts a few times. As an accounting firm handling sensitive financial data, we thought we were covered but we weren’t… A few months ago one of our employee emails was quietly compromised.. The attacker monitored conversations and then tried to send altered payment instructions to a client to redirect a large payment. Sentinel caught the suspicious activity right away and shut it down and alerted us before any money was lost. It could have easily been a six-figure mistake! Thats how important it is to have real monitoring in place not just basic protection….Since then, they continue to catch issues early and give us peace of mind knowing someone is watching things 24/7.

We’ve been working w/ Sentinel for about a year now and it really has been a relief. We’re a small company and always assumed cyber stuff was “handled” by our IT guy but Anthony explained pretty quickly where the gaps were (especially nights/weekends).

Setup wasn’t instant but they walked us thru it and answered questions without making us feel stupid. We actually had a suspicious login alert a few months back and they caught it before anything turned into a mess. That alone paid for itself.

I like that it feels like real people are watching things not just software running in the background. Communication has been solid and nothing feels overcomplicated.

Not something you want to think about, but definitely glad we have it in place now.
