Very untrustworthy business. I purchased the DIY Suite for $29. After a period of time, I noticed the DIY was reduced in price to $19. This was not brought to my attention and additionally the $29 price point was now providing a higher amount of services which they were not providing to me despite billing me $29. When I brought it to their attention, I was given a very patronizing explanation of how price changes work. Would not recommend.

honestly I love SEOptimer. I got a free trial and just from the trial I got a lot of value and I would've loved to work with them long term because their audit tool is SO amazing.

however, theres two reasons this is only a 3 * review.

1) the website said my account would be fully featured and I'd be able to crawl the entire website, but it wasn't. it capped me at 300 pages.

2) they have zero customer service. i put in a request to figure out how to raise the crawl limit 2 days ago, still no response. time is very important to me, so I must move on, because I've already spent enough of it trying to give these guys a chance to respond... I've sent linkedIN requests and messages to each of the team members, a facebook message, and multiple website support messages. no response.

if they fix these two things I might return one day.

I have been working on my SEO and decided to give seoptimer.com software a try. They say they have a Free Trial but it is not a free trial at all. You have to pay $19. to get the free trial. I tried the software and found that it gave inaccurate results. So I brought it to their attention the same day I made the purchased and they ignored my concerns and said let the trial period end and I will be done. They went ahead and charge my account 3 days later. I opened a dispute with PayPal. It's very shady the way they do things.

Stole money from my card. I applied for a 14 day trial. After that I cancelled my account. 3 months later they charged my card! There is no way it could go through automatically, cause it was 3 months after the trial, so they did it manually. Very bad company

A fantastic tool to analyze and get information on what can be improved on sites and what is right from before. The pricing is great compared to its competitors, but more advanced analytics is a future suggestion.

I have use almost all the seo tools out there but I find SEOptimizer as the best. This tool gives correct website traffic. Other tools traffic results are inaccurate.

Pretty intuitive user interface and a nice overall experience with their support team. I wish they had more PPC tools though

After trying a bunch of different SEO reporting tools, I finally found SEOptimer and it is the best by far. Its powerful, intuitive, priced very well and does everything I need. I particularly like their white label reports, they are very customizable and I can save different report templates for different client needs. Their keyword tracker is also great for monitoring important search terms over time.

Been using Seoptimer for 2 weeks now and i am over the moon with the service and communication, easy to get in touch with and always reply to help us out. we will be using them for a long long time :D

Got a standard subscription. Signed in for details, been told that first 14 days are free trial. What was my surprise to receive a bill right the next day it ended! Great customer attitude! We leave no notice, no mention - just a request to to pay as soon as you’re done.
Didn’t even continue till the end of the subscription term though I paid. Won’t advise to anybody.
