They require you to use their service through a browser extension, which is very dangerous for your security. Still, I tried it since I had already paid. The instructions are poor, the UI is weak — be prepared for that. As a result, I got blurred data instead of clear numbers, and my browser crashed after I stopped their extension. It’s not worth my $20. I contacted them and requested a refund. And what do you think they did? “Sir, go to WhatsApp or Facebook for live chat.” Whyyy? I don’t want a live chat — I want my money back. I sent 4 emails and only got standard replies, with no refund. Guys, do you really need my $20 that badly? The awful service.

fake reviews - they will scam you when they can, whilst hiding behind their own imagination of rules.

if you have been scammed, contact your bank, tell them you do not know them, they they are 100% unrecognised transaction. change your emails and phone you use to contact them if they are they same with your bank.

i will be reporting their hosting, and domain management about this domain name as this has gone on for far too long.

These people are scammers. They lock you in on a reoccurring payment and have no system to cancel the reoccurring payment.
I have asked them for months now to cancel my service and reoccurring payment and they yes we canceled it and they keep charging me $50.

Also many of the programs they do not work even though they are part of the package.

I am extremely unhappy with them for what they are doing. Need to do a chargeback with my bank now as that seems the only way to deal with these scammers.

Unfortunately, Ahrefs is very limited, but I switched to Semrush and it works pretty good for this 10$. But I cant recommend using Ahrefs from them. Also, if you lost your pass, there is no way to get a mail recovery link, you should text them directly on Facebook and wait for help, because this is not 24/7 service, so keep this in mind. And if you want to cancel your subscription, you should also text them on Facebook messenger.
