Tom I have dealt with over the years, whilst with SEP, and when he was working with another survey supply company. He has a genuine interest in making sure his clients have the right kit, that it is serving their needs, and that everything is running smoothly; not just at the point of sale, but for the entire service life of the instruments.
Chris in support I spoke with for the first time this week, whilst setting up a TCS5. What a breath of fresh air! Super knowledgeable and plenty of suggestions to help with getting the best from the software.

I’ve been dealing with Tom Chivers and the service has been exceptional. From coming out and doing a demo of their Trimble X7 scanner to purchasing my GPS licence and even getting hold of new tripods, prisms etc. Tom has gone above and beyond to answer any and all questions. Will continue to use SEP for any future purchases.

I've used SEP to calibrate and service my survey equipment for a few years now. The service I've received has always been top notch.

Most recently, some of my equipment stopped working correctly (due to my own fault) and after contacting Tom he arranged for me to have replacement parts sent out next day. Unfortunately this didnt rectify the issue so after another phone call to Tom, he and Regan arranged a replacement kit to be dropped to my local depot. I dropped off my faulty equipment to Ian and Amy at the Tewkesbury depot who sorted it within a couple of days and dropped it back to the site I was working on. All this meant I had minimal downtime, meaning I didn't lose money!

I whole heartedly recommend SEP and will continue to use their services going forward.

I've been using SEP for ages now and they always get the kit out on time and for a good price.
They use their own in house drivers so you're never left to the mercy of couriers and you're kept in the loop about timings.
Tech support is also first class. I used several other providers before SEP and was always left feeling left out to dry when it came to tech support.
