They stole my money and did not give me my product

So, today I received an email asking me to remove my review from 03/27/26 but it appears they have already done that. This company and “Maya” are scammers! Same story with all the reviews here. Fake tracking numbers with no carrier name, fake delivery attempts, fake attempts to resolve the issue. Now I’m told I have the wrong company. Wow! Please do not buy from them!!

This place is a total rip off, they do not send the product to you. Don't waste your time or your money.

Thieves. Bought a 2-in-1 hair steamer on April 4th. A month later, “Maya” advised there’s an issue with delivery. Asked for confirmation of my address, now crickets. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

SCAM! Do not order, please! They took $100 AUD off me when I bought the walking pad. I emailed, and no response. So wrong.

Placed order for 2-1 hair steamer. They never sent it, never responded to my emails, they took my money.

I ordered the 2 in 1 hair steamer over 2 months ago. When I inquired about my order a lady named Maya responded and said the order was delayed. I waited a while longer and reached out again and was told by Maya that they attempted to deliver but no one was home. I told her that's impossible because I had been home the whole day. I have asked on at least 4 different occasions to have my money refunded as I still have not received the order. Now they no longer respond to my emails.

Do not order from them. Maya also sent me an email saying my order was delayed. I still have not received any information about a carrier or even a tracking number. On their website, it only says “delivery attempt,” but no other details were provided.

At this point, I feel cheated out of $60.00. It has now been over 7 weeks with no package and no response to the multiple emails I have sent. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. This is a scam!

Worst experience. I have been contacting the company for a refund. An email from Maya is the worst.

I have placed an order back in March and we are in May and no product. I ordered the hair steamer. I have been sending emails and tracking information to them. It’s funny how the tracking is stating failed delivery but there has been no delivery. First there was a delay with the carrier, I asked who was the carrier and they couldn’t answer that. The only tracking number I get is 5529 - my tracking order. You put your email address with a tracking order they give you and that’s it. They also claim that the order was delayed due to the carrier not delivering on time. Now I am being told that a ticket was placed on my door. Here’s the kicker, I work from home and I have a security camera that records everything and it does not over ride. So who’s lying here? I already made a police report based where they are located in addition, added negative reviews on ALL social media accounts. This company is a scam. Also, my original post was deleted.
I wonder if Maya deleted it?

I have been getting the run around from them. I wish I could paste all my emails and photo shot of my order so everyone can see it!

I am one pissed off customer.
