This is the insertion of fine needles through the skin into various parts of the body to treat a wide range of conditions. Jo provides acupuncture tailored to my health needs. She uses a western medical approach using her nursing background to explore my health needs further. Her approach is warm and inviting leading to a really positive and relaxing experience. Most importantly she has helped my shoulder pain.
