Very pleased with the service from Serene Living. Very good updates on my order and speedy delivery. Lanterns were very well packaged and protected. They are as illustrated although I hadn't realised there is no glass in them. I've purchased inner glass cylinders to fit and used outdoor battery candles in them. Very effective when on. I have placed them in the garden and hope they don't rust.

A Hidden Gem for Home Décor
I’ve had a really lovely experience with Serene Living in the UK and wanted to share it.
My first purchase was the Longford rectangular tray in antique bronze, along with the Ramsey’s bookend. The tray immediately stood out as it’s such a versatile and elegant piece. You can use it on a coffee table with candles, plants, or decorative objects, or as a dining table centrepiece with flowers, coasters, and table essentials. The long rectangular shape is incredibly practical, and the handles are particularly distinctive—I haven’t seen anything quite like them elsewhere.
The Ramsey’s bookend is also a beautiful piece—full of character, very well made, and thoughtfully designed. It feels like something with personality rather than something mass-produced.
Because I liked my first order so much, I recently came back and purchased a second Ramsey’s bookend along with one of their figurines, and I’ve been just as impressed.
What really stands out about Serene Living is the curation of their collection. They don’t overwhelm you with endless options…instead, every piece feels carefully selected. You can tell it’s a labour of love, with a focus on craftsmanship, quality, and timeless design.
It’s also refreshing to find pieces like the Longford tray that are both practical and elegant at the same time. It works beautifully as a centrepiece and holds a variety of items without ever looking cluttered.
Overall, I highly recommend Serene Living. Their pieces feel special, well-made, and genuinely considered, and I’m looking forward to seeing what they release next.

They take your money, do not dispatch goods and when you ask for a refund they send you automated messages in multiple languages saying they need to contact their internal team - it doesn’t take 2 weeks to do that. This is just a fraudulent company n China. The Dutch phone numbers are a trick.

This is a fake review, as this person never purchased anything from our store. I've cross-referenced every single information provided by this person with our database, and none of it returns any results. The order number he provided is completely out of sync with our current order sequence. As for the baseless claims that we are a company in China, we are registered with Companies House in the UK and all our registry details are supplied on our website. We do not have Dutch or any other phone numbers listed on our website as claimed by the reviewer. I've emailed this person multiple times, even offering a full refund if he tells me what items he purchased. Naturally, he hasn't responded because he didn't purchase anything. We've provided all necessary proof to TrustPilot that this review is not genuine and hope that they will now do the right thing.

Well made and lovely material. Perhaps needs to be packaged better as quite heavly creased in places…although nothing an iron on reverse couldn’t resolve. Prompt delivery.
