I went in to have a pedicure done yesterday. This lady that did my pedicure didn't seem to come across friendly as I'm partially deaf found it difficult to understand her. She wasn't very clear. She was rubbing my feet too hard and bending my toes back and forth few times it hurt so I told her to stop but she continued doing them. I heard my toes clicked. Now one of my toes are in pain and bruised. She was laughing while doing it. Now I'm hopping, it hurts to walk. I hope It's not broken. Its very painful. I will never use them again. Very disappointed. She never apologised kept laughing. It's a shame as I occasionally go there for eyebrows tinted. Some staff don't even smile. Not a very welcoming place.
Floatsessie
We hebben onlangs een floatsessie gedaan waarbij ik samen met mijn twee dochters (10 maanden en 28 maanden) ben gegaan, en het was echt een bijzondere ervaring. Voor mij voelde het als een mooi momentje voor ons drieën samen.
Bij binnenkomst werden we ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen. Voor mij stond er meteen een kopje koffie klaar, wat het extra ontspannen maakte vanaf het begin. Die persoonlijke aandacht maakte echt het verschil.
De floatsessie zelf was geweldig om mee te maken. Mijn dochters waren heel rustig en ontspannen in het water, en het was bijzonder om te zien hoe comfortabel ze zich voelden. De sfeer was warm en veilig, precies wat je wilt met zulke jonge kinderen.
Wat er voor mij echt uitsprong, was hoe rustgevend het geheel was. Vooral de zachte massage en begeleiding zorgden voor een kalme, bijna serene ervaring. Mijn dochters genoten zichtbaar en waren helemaal op hun gemak.
Na afloop waren ze ontspannen en tevreden, en het voelde alsof we echt even quality time hadden gehad samen. Alles was goed verzorgd, schoon en professioneel.
Een absolute aanrader voor vaders (en ouders in het algemeen) die iets bijzonders willen doen met hun kinderen. Wij geven deze ervaring zonder twijfel vijf sterren!
Simple lip wax
Went to get a simple lip wax to to test customer service and how good they are before booking other services. Missed most of the long hair in the corners of my mouth. Had to go home and pluck myself. Not friendly or welcoming, Pitty because I like to support a local business, will not go back.

Terrible. Do NOT GO THERE.
One of the hairdressers was very rude to me simply because I reminded her to perform a job on my hair. She leant over me and put her face into mine telling me how good she is and doesn't need reminding.
I have never ever experienced that level of rudeness in 40 years of hair care.
Wax left on legs which went on clothes - hairs left on legs
Had a half leg wax and it was terrible. Still got lots of hairs left in my legs. I had 12 patches of wax left on my legs, some of wax ended up on my shorts and won’t come off. Won’t be returning.

Rude staff, not sure how they’re qualified beauticians!
Had an eyebrow wax and tint today, showed the lady of what I wanted and she didn’t really pay attention, immediately started putting tint on which was my first red flag. After she finished, I said I wasn’t happy as they weren’t what I asked for, really uneven and just look awful. She then said ‘they’re supposed to be sisters not twins’ and ‘she’s wearing makeup in the photo’. The photo I showed her were my own eyebrows I’d done on myself previously so there was definitely no makeup! I have a qualification in beauty myself so I know exactly how to wax and tint eyebrows and what they SHOULD look like after treatment! First and last time I let anyone else touch my eyebrows, just wanted to be pampered for a change rather than doing it myself :(

I have had one treatment and just started a second course or another. I couldn’t be happier. I’m always greeted with a smile and Skye explains what she’s doing at every stage of the treatment. She is very passionate about her profession and excited to share all she has learned.
Charged the wrong price
I asked for infill lash extensions and the manager said £45 or £85 for a new set.
I asked for infills and the lash technician confirmed they could do it.
The procedure took around 2 hours. After the procedure, I asked the lash technician how much it would be. She again told me she'd charge me £45.
When I came to pay, the manager asked her to charge me £85.
I asked why? She said it was because of how long it had taken.
Not once was I informed that the price would be higher if the procedure took longer..
I had no choice but to pay £85 for infills not a full set. For that amount of money I would expect a full set of lashes that will last me longer.

if i could i would give no stars i would.. i went away crying, i went in with my daughter and myself to get our eyebrows done. i sat in the chair and before the lady started i told her about my tattoo on my eyebrows and asked her not to take away any hair from the top too near the tattoo. she said yes not to worry, she proceeded to then take away far to much hair leaving a visible gap between my eyebrow and tattoo. she also had done my daughters eyebrows too straight and took away her arch . i now have to pencil in the gap until it grows back i have a wedding to go to tomorrow as well . she then proceeded to charge full price for ruining my brow. i have never been so angry and upset i do not recommend at all…

They have been "fixing" my Covid hair for almost a year now and last night finally all the frizz & the 50 shades of blonde where cut away Kudos to Venessa who is so honest and amazing
My nails are always perfect to within an inch of their life thanks to what I believe to be the best nail tech on the planet Amy!

Staff member was rude and…
Staff member was rude and argumentative. Eyebrows were not very good and they moved me to allow another customer to sit down in the treatment chair to get her eyebrows done whilst my treatment was underway. Will not be revisiting.

Such a shambles
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this company is a complete and utter shambles, and I hope that this prevents anyone from having the same experience I did.
I wanted some gel extensions and their website was super easy to book through.
So I booked in and turned up to find that their building was in fact closed.
I thought I must be in the wrong place or had got the wrong date, so called up & was told that not only do they only take bookings over the phone, but that they don’t even offer gel extensions - yet the website I booked through IS their website.
Nowhere on their website is it displayed that you can only book via phone, gel extensions are listed in their services, and the fact that you can actually book an appointment in via the website is so misconstruing and such a waste of time.
I received no apology on the phone, and just kept getting told that they don't open on Mondays (which was nothing to-do with the problem!)
Such a shame :(

Beena is an incredible beauty therapist, she did my waxing today and she’s amazing. Glad the other lady wasn’t there who is always rude and hostile! Thank you Beena, for your patience and excellent customer service.
Very upsetting experience
I went into this place and I asked for a full set of shellac nails. I was not advised they did not do any extensions at any point. My cuticles were pushed back so hard they bled when I left the shop. I was told half way through my treatment that they do not do extensions. I was then met with such hostility and was told I had to pay anyway so I left with unfinished nails. I was excused of being a liar. The manager that did my nails was rough, rude and hostile and I left so upset. I got the impression that the business is just a money making place with no customer service whatsoever. Very disappointed.
Too busy for their own good
I’ve been coming to serenity on more then few occasions now, this particular time I got my nails and toes done. Happy with it all however from what I think the manager of the branch is a problem for the salons customers and the lovely ladies that work there! She is using her fellow colleagues like bees working non stop, back and forth, clearly taken on too much and running around like headless chickens. As customers we can hear it all around us and sadly it doesn’t feel like a relaxing/pampering environment!
