My mum has been a customer of Serenity Care Solent Ltd since March 2020 until she sadly passed away in Dec 2025. My mum was suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and severely reduced mobility and in recent years was bedbound with dementia. I can highly recommend this care agency as genuinely caring for its clients. Their staff are well trained. They were always proactive with my mum's health needs and thoroughly performing their caring duties. I lived at the same address with my mum, so could observe their work on a daily basis. All my requests regarding any changes in care were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Great communication with office staff, management team and carers. My mum absolutely adored them! My mum didn't speak English, but they found the way to communicate with her. All staff are genuinely kind and caring people willing to help. They have this care app that records daily activities. I was checking it all the time whilst at work and it gave me peace of mind.

I joined serenity care in August 2021.
My experience since joining such a good company has been a happy one. Management and the team have never been anything but helpful and supportive. I have received proper guidence when I've needed it, and been treated fairly and respectfully, giving me confidence in my choice of employment. Id reccomend them to anybody looking for a job in health and social care. Or to someone in need of care services.

All carers are very good, made me feel at ease. I didn’t feel embarrassed and nothing was ever to much trouble.

Daily Care visits.

My elderly mother has been receiving care from Serenity for more than a year now and I know she always looks forward to her daily visits. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them. I deal with my mothers financial affairs and find the charges made by Serenity are fair and the billing accurate.

I have worked for Serenity Care Solent since January 2020. I can honestly say I have never worked for a company that cares for its staff and customers as much as this one. We have a close working relationship with our staff, customers and their families.
All staff strive to deliver a high standard of care to our customers with a person centred approach.

I started back in 2020 and i haven't looked back once after doing retail for over 20 years now I wouldn't go back.

We have been using serenity care for several weeks after leaving our last care company. We were recommended serenity care and have not looked back .The level of service has been so high the carers are all very kind and compassionate and my mum looks forward to them coming. Beverley has shown true professionalism at all times. We are so glad we have choose serenity care!

My mum has been with Serenity Care for 1 year and 6 months and we couldn't be happier with the service that my mum receives.
I live together with my mum and I look after her. She suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and her mobility is very restricted. I work full time and having the carers helping me makes my life so much easier. My mum is also benefiting in many ways, and one of them is having visitors. This provides her with a routine and something to look forward to.
All the staff at Serenity Care are very kind people and passionate about their job! They have so much love to give to their own families and pets and they give so much love and patience to my mum!!

I work for serenity care solent and have worked in the care sector for over 15 years and I have never been happier in a work place, We offer person centred care and the compassion shown by the manager is outstanding, the training and support offered to staff is without a doubt the best I have seen, all of the team go above and beyond and it really shows as the happiness of our clients is so lovely to see.

Excellent service, after getting out of the hospital, I never thought I could carry on, the girls at serenity care not only physically helped me but mentally also, nothing is to much trouble for them, my carer is polite, always on time, and even though I am deaf she takes the extra time to make sure I understand her. I have been blown away with their care, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
