Shakes taste good, dissolved well. I was poorly last few weeks and still recovering, I would struggle to give a meaningful review right now

The shakes I had were so easy to make taking minimal amount of time to do. They taste nice and all the good stuff in them helped me to feel more balanced all round. My energy levels have improved on a day to day basis and my gut health has improved to. Will definitely continue to use & would recommend!

Easy to make, turns into a lovely thick shake, which kept away hunger and gave me energy, and tastes great!

I’m absolutely useless at taking tablets! I buy them with all the best intentions but just never get around to actually taking them. For me the Serenova shakes are fab (because I’m lazy!) and I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised at how many vitamins and minerals are in them as well as the other ingredients specifically for my post menopause symptoms. I like all three flavours - and I’ve put the vanilla one in my morning Greek yogurt with fruit. Highly recommended.

I was pleased to be chosen to take part in Serenova Nutritions trial of the new shakes designed for ‘women of a certain age’ ! I’ve been having a shake every morning with my breakfast. They are very easy to prepare. Just add water and blend well. I have tried chocolate, coffee, vanilla and they are all very tasty.
Since starting in November, my energy levels appear to have gone up and I’m sleeping better at night.
I’d definitely recommend giving them a try if menopause is getting you down.

I was lucky to be able to participate in this trial. The shakes taste good and don't have that horrible taste and consistency like some shakes. Really enjoyed it.
Since taking the shakes my energy levels have raised and I don't feel so anxious. Also after taking a shake I feel full and don't need to snack.

Really nice filling shakes.
Found that I had more energy in the mornings, and overall my output was more.
I found using almond milk with the certian flavours was better. Main thing is they need really shaking. A hand blender helps.

Great product all daily supplements in one small shake able to ditch the multiple tablets previously taken. All flavours taste good I mix mine with milk can make smoothies with them very versatile. Would recommend for menopausal women.

Superb new brand devoted to women’s health. I had the pleasure of sampling their products and truly felt the benefit within days. Seemed to have better sleep, and had a clearer head each morning. Certainly going to part of my life from now on. Bravo Serenova!
