I did order UV60 but got UV40. No answers on my mails at all. They're just keep ignoring me for a 120 EUR order

I have not received my package , no calls answred or chats, no tracking information , of the package, it was to be delivered within 2-4 days now its mire than 1 week and i do not have any information
