Excellent warm and waterproof jacket. Plenty pockets and handwarmers plus a good sized zipped one inside. The zip closure and snap fasteners keep out the wind and rain. The cuffs are also adjustable. Delivery was good and arrived quickly.

The socks sag. I wouldn't buy them again.

The jacket is excellent value, but just barely big enough. I am a 44, and the XL jacket is almost snug.

I went online and ordered and paid for a new dog bed/ mattress to go in the back of my car and received a confirmation email but have heard nothing since, i sent off an email to customer services asking when my order is likely to be dispatched and received no reply other than an automated we will reply ,response. I am afraid that for a company to treat customers like this simply is not good enough.
Update to the above is that after receiving a reply from customer services it transpired that the item is not in stock as indicated and may or may not be back in stock 7 to 10 days, I therefore asked for and did receive a prompt refund. I am happy with the outcome but do think the item should not be sold if out of stock and money taken, ( just my opinion) as the item was on sale elsewhere at a similar price in the January sales which have now ended or items sold out.

I found a great price on Hoggs of Fife tattersall shirts and a Jack Pyke tie. The selection was good. The customer service was great, and the shipping was fine. Overall, I found a great value. I would recommend Serious Country Sports and will do business with them again.
