Poor delivery and tracking
Delivery was poor after paying for 48 hour delivery product arrived a long time afterwards with tracing item very poor and virtually non existent
It remains the responsibility of the seller to provide the service they advertise

Hi John. Upon checking, the service you selected was Royal Mail 48 - as noted on our site, Royal Mail advise around 2-4 working days for this delivery service. Your order was placed around the Christmas period so unfortunately took a day or 2 longer. We offer DHL as our expedited delivery service and would highly recommend it as it is also fully tracked.

I received what I ordered when I was told it would be delivered.
The website is very easy to use and the fact that the company is based on the island of Ireland and has a lot of European products in their offering for very reasonable prices is all good news to me.
