I received some nice gear, but unfortunately, the Serious Sport website displays the size guide incorrectly when ordering kit. The size shown is the whole garment circumference, which it doesn’t state. Customer service was very unhelpful and unable to understand the issue. They just kept repeating their script.

The team at serious sport were amazing! As a volunteer committee member sorcing kit in my own time, SS made it so much easier and faster by doing a lot of the shop set up for me and were able to suggest value products that fit our needs. The kit is great quality too.

Ordered a DofE hoodie, arrived but had the name printed on the reverse in error. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone who checked the order and was extremely polite and professional and told me to email a photo of the hoodie over. On receipt of the email, he replied immediately and had a new hoodie correctly made as per the order. The hoodies are great quality. No complaints from me. Errors happen and it was dealt with without any qualms or quibbles. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Tom at Serious Sport made it so easy for us to order. As we managed to get hold of all sizes of netball dresses as samples to be able to try on - this is always a great idea with bespoke design kit.
Kit is lovely and the ladies look great.

Our account manager helped guide me through the process from start to finish. Nothing was a problem for Tom. We have now been using the strips for a few weeks and the quality seems to be good so far. Would recommend using Serious Sport.
The online shop is a fantastic feature. This allows any one to buy 1's & 2's and at the same time raise some funds for the club.

Its a joke or scam the charge £20 for delivery we got 21 century and not understand why . The do this becouse first class parcel it's £5,25 . So this £15 just stealing 🤔

Had a great experience with this Company this week. Very helpful customer services. Quick to answer the phone on both my phone calls, Antonia was very patient and accommodating over a problem I had with a delivery destination for an online order. The parcel was then delivered within 48 hours, at least 3 days earlier than expected, brilliant service. Sale price of the item was very good too and item arrived in immaculate condition.

Horrendous customer service. Inadequate information on their sales pages with no warning every item is different in size. You have to click through links to find this information which is not helpful at all. I purchased two items of the same size YS expecting them to be around the same size - one fits fine and the other is 3 sizes too big and looks like a dress on him despite being the same size category. Her response summarised - it’s your fault you should know they are different sizes as they are different fits but the variance is not reasonable and nothing on the sales to advise all items are sized differently. Slight difference is expected but not by a variance of 3 sizes. No offer of any compensation or help due to it being personalised - not even free postage and a sassy attitude from the cantankerous lady looking after customer service. Absolutely disgusted with their company values and approach to customer service.
