I have been using Dennis & SerpTrust for years! I have nothing but good things to say. Prices are very reasonable, and the service is excellent. One of the biggest things for me is he doesn't sell for the sake of it; as soon as a publisher's traffic drops due to Google changes or if they are getting 'sneaky' with how they post articles/links, he will dump them!
I have always liked and used people who understand the long game...

SERPTrust has a great customer service and I want to say thanks to the owner for his quick responses.

Speed seems to be the most important kpi, otherwise the support was way to honest and turned into insults within 2 mails.

On my question, by when his service can be delivered, he asked me what a weird question this is. Not saying hello or bye anything else.

This was quite convincing for me to not buy any of his services, and I asked him to delete my account and sent me a confirmation.

The response was:

"Go f-ck yourself, is that enough confirmation?"

I'm glad I made this "experience" before buying something from this company and I can't recommend it further.

Update 30.07.2024:

The last days have been wild, the owner sending me multiple mails and messages with more insults and accusations.

Here is just the latest one:

"Miserable little man, pushing twice in the same email for a service that wasn't even live yet. You're not even a client so what gives you the right to leave a review?

When you didn't like the answer your huge ego got crancked and you requested your account to be deleted and for me to send you a confirmation. Why would I even bother while you could just hit the unsubscribe button.

I did a little bit of research on you and it appears your wife wears the pants so if leaving this review makes you feel like a man, good on you!"

Update #2 30.07.2024:

As response to this comment from SERPTrust: I don't have any issues publishing screenshots from all mails, including mine, to show everyone this case.

"TrustPilot decided to delete his review and here he is again spouting even more made up nonsense. It's getting kind of ridiculous. At this point I'm fairly certain my competitors are targeting me due to telling the truth about their business practices and accept it for what it is."

I'm not a competitor or have anything to do with your competition. If you are insulting people, then you have to live with a bad review. Get over it!
