What had much promise at first has unfortunately been a tale of shame by Servcorp. I had some serious personal and medical problems shortly after joining. I immediately called the sales rep and she happened to be away. I emailed and texted her as well. Due to the extreme nature of the issues I have been facing, I sought to have my membership delayed until my life was a bit clearer.

I contacted Servcorp a few times and spoke to the sales rep regarding this, but they continued to charge me despite this. It has added to the stress I'm facing and is both unnecessary and unacceptable.

I was a great advocate for the company and loved the whole idea, but my experience is now such that I warn people to not get tied up in them. This is unfortunate because the product they offer is good. Certainly, I will not be singing their praises however. If this is how they treat their clients, then perhaps this may be how they treat my clients.

I'm angry with Servcorp and it takes a lot to anger me. However if they want to be that inept towards a serious and genuine requirement to delay membership, the only way forward will be to ensure their prospective clients know just how dispicable they are.

Quite a sad state of affairs for what promised to be so good.

We have used Servcorp services offices for more than 15 years! We continue to appreciate to this option for our virtual based business. We compared several different Workspace solutions for our business, and we found Servcorp to be the best option for us. You don't feel claustrophobic in Servcorp compared to other major chains of workspace solution. Servcorp is very spacious and has a very comfortable and green feel to it, you could describe it as very good "Feng shui".

Servcorp is the perfect solution for harmony in the office. You dont have to workk about anything! From Office setup, supplies, catering and beverages its an amazing place to work. Servcorp Wellington - tenant of 10 years - would recommend to anyone

I joined Servcorp Wellington as a tenant when they opened premises in February 2008
I am sole representative with my company in Wellington and to have a prime site office with all the components as if I was part of a bigger team has been fantastic.

Fantastic premises and Chloe was an excellent help. Even though there were a couple of issues with the building concierge these issues were out of her hands and she tried her best to find a solution. Would highly recommend Servcorp.
