This review is for Servcorp Chifley Tower. The level of service from the team is excellent in every regard. The environment is always maintained in top-notch condition, clients are professionally managed, as is the kitchen and common areas. We're always very proud to show off our office to clients and partners when they visit. Special mention for the fast and accurate attention to detail displayed by the team for each and every request we make, plus the team is always friendly and attentive !! Thanks everyone !

Shirley was amazing, highly professional and definitely the highlight of being based at Servcorp, Chifley Tower. She is polite, trustworthy and highly professional.

Very good service from Shirley Cao and her colleagues; friendly, attentive, professional. Always very keen to help where possible. Previous floor mangaer Vickie was very proactive and very helpful.

Only issue is regular turnover of staff.

I have been in the Servcorp office in Docklands for over 3 years and I cannot fault their service and friendly nature. They staff are more than willing to help and work hard to support your business. They are always fun and happy to be around and very social. It is a great environment to have your business. The offices are clean and modern and a spectacular place to have your clients meet you. The business has all the latest technology such as boardroom with wifi, IT connections to a television and computers, photocopier, binders and a big and clean kitchen with great coffee making machine. I could not recommend a better business to promote YOUR business and help make it a success.

The team has gone above and beyond to help out business. Highly recommended!

Servcorp is great way for our small team to feel part of a bigger office environment. Lovely receptionists and always helpful staff around. The communal facilities are great and the snack options and complimentary tea and coffee helps tremendously in surviving the working day. Always a clean pantry and well maintained fridge/coffee/snack system. Thanks for everything.

Michelle, is an integral part of the Octagon.As a customer of Servcorp for the last for years, she is by far the best Corporate Receptionist, the Octagon has ever had. Without her assistance, I have personally witnessed the Octagon crumble to pieces. Michelle is professional, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Michelle has a eye for detail and a drive to succeed. Most importantly Michelle takes pride in her work, and strives to achieve strong customer relations.

Michelle is a pleasure to work with. If she leaves the Octagon I would have no doubt in my mind that my business would also go the location that she was positioned at. She deserves a pay rise, and a permanent position at the Octagon.
