Clear website, simple ordering, lovely products. The hard seltzer is delish as is the spicy margarita. Have used Served several times and recommended to friends.

2 of the cans were leaking, I have mentioned this’s problem before. I would like to cancel my subscription. When this had happened before it was usually on my big orders I thought it might have been because I had 48 in each box then but now it has happened in the boxes of 12 I would like to cancel my subscription. Thank you.

I purchased several cans of Served alcohol, and within a few weeks, the cans began to corrode and leak — it looked as though the material of the cans was poor quality. The leaking liquid damaged my drinks cabinet and caused mould, so I had to throw away all of the cans as well as anything else stored inside.

When I contacted Served, they initially seemed helpful and asked for photos, which I sent right away (including images showing the cans were empty despite being unopened). After that, they completely stopped replying. I followed up in April and again in August but never heard back.

Meanwhile, they continued sending me promotional emails until I asked to be removed from their mailing list — still no response about the actual issue.

Extremely disappointed both in the quality of the product and the lack of customer service. I won’t be purchasing from Served again and would caution others to be careful before ordering.

Interesting well put together

Almost as good as I make myself, but so much more convenient.

Not keen on the small tins, taste rather synthetic and sooooo sweet.
but the large tins are really gorgeous
