VERY poor support!
I've seen tickets go weeks, even months without updates from anyone. Currently , a ticket from February of this year is sitting there. just an inquiry, staff have been ignoring this.
This isn't the only ticket, or the only time this has happened. This company has done this many times, often just ignoring tickets for days, claiming to be "busy" or "occupied".
From a network perspective, the company is alright.
From an offerings perspective, the company is substandard
From a support perspective, the company is a disaster

Best Hosting Company in the Market
Been using for more than an year and I must say they are wonderful. Network, support is pretty good. Haven't found and major issue till now. The owner is also a nice guy to deal with. Totally recommend them when ever you need a server. Good Luck.

I am 3 days only on ServerCheap self-managed hosting and this is what I experienced so far:
1. Very good price for very high performance hardware.
2. Responding to support tickets bitween 15 minutes to 3 hours.

Significantly cheaper than other service providers and great service so far, no complaints! I am just now leaving my current service provided after nearly 2 years for ServerCheap.

Best VPN, virtual server and hosting provider. I strongly recommend servercheap.com if you have low budget but you need high quality services.
