Very bad, company. There is no support system . This is scam company.

আমি আপনাদের GoodLife Server থেকে গত প্রায় **৩ বছর ধরে ডোমেইন ও হোস্টিং সেবা** গ্রহণ করে আসছি। গত মাসেও ডোমেইন/হোস্টিং রিনিউ করার জন্য নির্ধারিত টাকা পরিশোধ করেছি। কিন্তু বর্তমানে কোনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই আমার সার্ভার/ওয়েবসাইট বন্ধ রয়েছে।

বিষয়টি জানার জন্য আপনাদের প্রদত্ত নম্বরে একাধিকবার যোগাযোগের চেষ্টা করেছি, কিন্তু নম্বর বন্ধ পাওয়া যাচ্ছে। এছাড়া ই-মেইলের মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করেও এখন পর্যন্ত কোনো উত্তর পাইনি।

এভাবে গ্রাহকের টাকা গ্রহণের পর সেবা বন্ধ রাখা এবং যোগাযোগের কোনো ব্যবস্থা না রাখা অত্যন্ত উদ্বেগজনক। অনুগ্রহ করে **অতি দ্রুত সার্ভার চালু করে সমস্যার সমাধান করুন অথবা সমস্যার কারণ ও সমাধানের সময়সীমা লিখিতভাবে জানান।**

অন্যথায় আমি বাধ্য হয়ে বিষয়টি সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে **অভিযোগ/রিপোর্ট করব এবং প্রয়োজন হলে আপনাদের অফিসের ঠিকানায় আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর সহায়তা চাইব ও আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করব।**

আশা করছি, বিষয়টি গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে বিবেচনা করে দ্রুত সমাধান করবেন।
আপনাদের বর্তমান সেবার মান অত্যন্ত হতাশাজনক। দীর্ঘদিন আপনাদের সেবা নেওয়ার পরও এমন পরিস্থিতির সম্মুখীন হতে হচ্ছে, যা একজন গ্রাহক হিসেবে অত্যন্ত দুঃখজনক।

এ ধরনের সেবা ও গ্রাহক ব্যবস্থাপনার কারণে ভবিষ্যতে আমি আর কাউকে আপনাদের কাছে রেফার করব না। একই সঙ্গে, আমি অন্যদেরও আপনাদের কাছ থেকে সেবা নেওয়ার আগে বিষয়টি বিবেচনা করার পরামর্শ দেব।

আশা করি, গ্রাহকদের বিষয়টি গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে বিবেচনা করে আপনাদের সেবার মান ও যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থা উন্নত করবেন।

I purchase two reseller from this company,after 1 month they didn’t give service, there is no live support, phone support even they never respond via ticket, but changes ticket status closed. Everyone aware before purchase products and services from this company.

এরা স্ক্যাম করে ভিপিএস বা অন্য কিছু পেইড করার পর ওর্ডার পেন্ডিং এই থাকে এবং রিফান্ড চাইলে টিকিট দেখে না টিকিট ক্লোস করে কিন্তু টিকিট দেখে না আর সার্পোট সিস্টেম কোনো নেই। নম্বরে কল তো যাই না এবং বিকাশ যে নম্বরে টাকা রিসিভ করে সেটাতে ও কল রিসিভ করে না। এরা বাটপারের দিক থেকে ১ নম্বর। তাদের কোনো সার্পোট সিস্টেম ওই একটিভ না। যদি ভাবেন কোনো কিছু কিনবেন এখান থেকে আমার সাজেসন সেই টাকা রাস্তার পাশে বসে থাকা ভিক্ষুকে দেন।

I've been a Server Good Life customer for months, upgrading from Executive to Gold VPS BDIX specifically for better network performance. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.

My original VPS suffered a critical failure and support could not recover any data. After being provisioned a replacement, I've consistently measured only 5-8 Mbps download/upload on a plan advertised with an "Extremely Fast 1 Gbps Uplink" — confirmed with Speedtest and iperf3 (800+ TCP retransmissions per stream in testing). This is despite:

- Two full OS reinstalls
- A VPS recreation (same throughput on new IP)
- Upgrading to the Gold plan (paid extra for this, no improvement)
- A migration to a different physical host node (speed actually got worse afterward — now 300-700 KB/s, making basic package updates take hours)

I also obtained comparison data from another Gold VPS BDIX customer on the same ISP (HPLink), who consistently gets 100-650 Mbps across multiple test servers — proving the plan itself is capable of the advertised speeds, and the issue is specific to how my account/instance has been provisioned.

Support has been polite and responsive to some degree, but repeatedly closed tickets with "no fault found" despite clear technical evidence, and denied a refund by citing non-refundable VPS terms — even though the service has never delivered its advertised specification across two nodes and multiple interventions.

If you're considering their Gold VPS BDIX plan for actual "1 Gbps" performance, ask for a live throughput demonstration before committing, and get everything in writing.

This company feels like a scam. They lure customers in with very cheap domain hosting, only to later terminate accounts without valid justification. In my case, they claimed I violated their policy, even though I hadn’t uploaded or done anything on the hosting at all. This happened around 2023 or 2024. Very disappointing and untrustworthy service.
