SCAM ALERT: False Advertising, Stolen Data, and Zero Support
Do NOT use Serververse for any serious hosting. I purchased a VPS from them on April 2nd specifically because they heavily advertised built-in DDoS protection. Exactly 11 days later, on April 13th, they suspended my entire service without any prior warning, claiming my node was getting DDoSed.
Instead of actually protecting the server as advertised, they completely locked me out. Worse, they are holding all of my server files and player data hostage. I requested a simple 24-hour temporary SFTP link or a backup archive to retrieve my hard work, and they flat-out refused.
They are refusing to issue a pro-rated refund for the days I didn't get to use, and their support team is now completely ignoring my tickets,
If you are running a game server or any serious project, stay far away. They will take your money, fail to deliver the protection they advertise, delete your access, and steal your data. Absolute scam.

We take such claims seriously, but your version of events is incomplete and misleading.
Your service was not suspended without warning. As clearly shown in our prior communications, you were informed multiple times that your server was under continuous and high-volume DDoS attacks. These were also confirmed by our upstream provider, OVH, which is transparently disclosed at the time of purchase.
While DDoS protection is provided, no infrastructure can guarantee uninterrupted service under sustained and targeted attacks of extreme scale. Due to the severity of traffic associated with your service, our upstream provider suspended the entire machine to protect network stability. As a result, we were required to fully reinstall the system.
Despite the impact on our infrastructure, we did not seek any compensation from you, including:
Machine downtime and forced reinstallation
IP reputation degradation
A financial penalty of $50 imposed by our IP provider
In addition, we made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this situation. We offered to provide your complete data back, requesting only that you withdraw defamatory reviews and the chargeback. This was declined. Even after that, we still attempted to assist, but you chose not to proceed.
It is also important to note that multiple threats were directed toward our team members during this process, which we consider unacceptable.
Regarding your payment dispute via Razorpay, the case has now been formally reviewed and dismissed in our favor based on submitted evidence.
We strongly deny all allegations of fraud, false advertising, or data misuse. All actions taken were in line with our Terms of Service, abuse policies, and upstream compliance requirements.
This matter is now closed with full supporting evidence.

Overall
Overall, my experience with ServerVerse has been quite good. Their support team is excellent — they respond quickly and are always helpful. The uptime has also been reliable.
I purchased an R7 VPS from them with 6 cores and 24GB RAM, and the performance is generally solid. However, there’s one issue — they use a tunneling method for IPv4 connectivity. Because of this, even with a slight load on the server, you may experience higher ping or latency, which can be inconvenient.
If they improve their IPv4 system, ServerVerse would easily be one of the best VPS providers available.
