The engineer completed the job very quickly and competently. BUT having studied the invoice, I see that I was charged nearly £50 for a replacement oven element, something I could have purchased online for £15!! That kind of mark-up is unacceptable and exploitative.
I would advise anyone to purchase replacement parts themselves and book the engineer to install it.

Nothing too much trouble and knew his trade

The engineer completed the dishwasher repair efficiently and swiftly once he had the parts to replace what was breaking down. He was pleasant and kept us informed of the problem with the machine. He made sure to keep in touch with us via texts to inform us of his arrival times, which gave us the time to fit around his visits.

Great communication before the engineer arrival. engineer diagnosed the issue in 10 min, and had it repaired 15 min later!

Appointment rearranged for earlier than expected which was a great help. It appeared problem solved on this visit but sadly it wasn’t.
Second visit scheduled for 20th June due to reoccurrence of fault and other knock on issues.

Problem diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption. The engineer was friendly and explained what he was doing.

The engineer was quick to respond. However my dishwasher has not worked without flooding my kitchen since. We have been trying to get hold of him for the last 4 dayswith no luck. The office are no better. I feel so let down and im very disappointed.
