Completely Unprofessional, Unreliable, and a Billing Nightmare

I have never been more frustrated with a paid service. According to the company registration, this host is run by a 20-year-old, and the inexperience shows. Throughout my time using the platform, I endured repeated downtimes of varying lengths—so frequent I had to file multiple SLA violation claims.

This service is unreliable, poorly managed, and demonstrates a shocking lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs.

I really regret buying a VPS from this…

I really regret buying a VPS from this host. It only responds once a day. I paid for a year's worth of expensive VPS, and on the third day, I received a VPS with an unresponsive IP address. A waste of time and nothing more.

I signed up for $8/month but no service

I signed up for $8 a month, paid, and never received my VSP login information. I submitted a support ticket and emailed them but had no luck. This feels like bad business practice. I’m glad I used PayPal to pay, because if I had used a credit card, they probably would have scammed me.

Reliable budget VPS - Good value for money

It's been almost a year now.

I signed up for a VPS during their initial welcome offer, which had very attractive pricing. Overall, it's been a good experience for the price point.

I did encounter one issue early on - a disk failure, which was just bad luck. I opened a support ticket and it was resolved relatively quickly. They restored the server from a backup, which worked fine.

I've since moved the critical parts of my infrastructure elsewhere, but I'm keeping this VPS for non-critical, test, and staging workloads. It also allows me to get a static IPv4 and VPN for basically nothing.

The specs aren't amazing (CPU steal time is quite high for heavy Docker workloads, but that's on me for running this on a single vCPU). However, for the promotional price, it's excellent value. It's affordable and reliable enough for what I need. I'm happy to keep the server running. It's only a VPS with 1 vCPU, but it's the best I've tested so far at this price point.

Users should properly size their VPS according to their actual needs - don't expect miracles from budget specs.

Overall: Good value for money, particularly suited for non-critical environments or development workloads.

Very poor experience

I purchased a VPS from Servitro and paid via cryptocurrency. After 24+ hours, I received no service activation and no response to two support tickets. Since crypto payments are irreversible, I currently have no way to recover my funds.

This is my personal experience, but based on the lack of service and communication, I strongly advise caution before buying.

There's no responsibility towards customers.

The provider changes fixed IPs without prior warning or e-mail notification on the act, brings down VPSes server-wide without bringing them back up or sending an e-mail addressing the issue, and does all of this in the space of merely 4 days - and past the refunding time window predicted by their own T&Cs, so that the customer can't refund anything through any platform. I didn't even send a ticket because, with such a visible level of responsibility, it's worthless to do it. Be aware of this provider.

Technical Issues Happen, but Radio Silence Doesn't

If a server goes down, you communicate. I've received nothing on ticket #MQV-956348 and your phone is unmanned. This is a formal request for an update here, as your official support channels appear to be broken.

Hey, there was a downtime due to a root disk failure, but we resolved the issue within 36 hours. Tickets were actively responded to, but due to the large volume, it took some time to get back to everyone. We also posted updates on LET for all users from that platform.

Crazy low stability, low speed

In 2 month of using serv 2 times down with "active" status. Now server unavailable 17h+ and ticket dont answered. A comments in other site people tell his tickets just closed by time without any resolving.
Upd. Idn what additional info they want to see. Ticket #TOJ-823951 was answered in ~30h and inform about 'server is currently down'. On this time i already bought a new at other host. They refund part of unused time. Its not to be benefits them
