BEWARE I purchased shirts for Christmas gifts. One of the shirts you couldn't see the lettering and the other shirt was to small I was ask to send pics the pics was send by the person whom I gifted the shirts to she followed all there directions. Then the response she received was the email didn't match long story short they tried to say we had buyers remorse even though we were asking for and exchange. Then I was told I have to pay 50% of the merchandise and for shipping. There slogan to get them out of replacing or refunding your money is BUYERS REMORSE

I ordered a shirt a year ago, after 45 and a60 and 90 days wrote them about it, nothing happened, after al exactly a year of not getting the shirt, they told me that because I waited this long they could not cancel/ refund or resend, I do not recommend this site at all, they know how to take your money

I tried to order a shirt in time for an office Christmas party. I am pretty sure I checked to ensure it would arrive before the party. When I checked my email later, I realized I never got a tracking number... because it never shipped. CanadaPost was on strike, but the company never told me there would be delays. When I emailed them, they said I didn't place my order early enough for it to arrive on time and said that was clear on the website. But I don't see how I would have missed that. Anyway, it came 3 weeks later than I needed it. They do not do refunds, only store credit. So, now I have a shirt that came way too late that I have no need for and I can't get a refund. Overall, an unpleasant purchasing experience. Simply better communication about shipping delays would have helped because then I could have cancelled my order before they eventually shipped it.

Ordering from this company is a big gamble as you will never get the size or colour you requested. The customer service will not respond for days and when they eventually do, they will fob you off with 'you got what you ordered'. I wish I'd never ordered from them - totally disappointed with the Christmas presents I was looking forward to give to my family.

I ordered a shirt for my son’s birthday! It is today and still haven’t received the shirt! I ordered it in November, on the 8-12 and still no word ! Why is it taking so long?

Paid for express shipping and took almost two weeks to come..never got any tracking information.

The clothing and the quality of the clothing is extremely good, hence my two stars.
However - the communication from the company and their distribution partners is truly awful.
Mine was ordered for my partner’s birthday, within the timelines advertised on the website therefore gave me confidence. The item arrived late, two days after my partner’s birthday therefore the excitement and fizz had gone. What’s worse is the communication, they take forever to respond, I’m yet to receive a note from my last email to them and their responses lack answers to the questions and concerns raised which again become frustrating.
The UK Number is a waste of time, nobody answers nor returns the call, the answering machine message is automated and gives you no confidence that actually speaking to the right company.

The distribution partners still state including today that is in transit and has been in transit since the 16th yet the item was delivered today…

My advice would be the products are great once delivered. However add at least a week on the time they had advertise if this product is for a special occasion.

Asked for their distribution partners and the tracking updates - I wouldn’t use these as a guide they are completely useless.

Purchased from a catalog an adorable autumn sweatshirt. When the product came their large size is much larger than the US size. Also the design is an iron on vinyl material, my experience is this seperates from the sweatshirt in a few washes. On October 12th requested a refund and this morning, the 21st, was denied a refund. All I want is a refund and to return the sweatshirt.

The quality of my item is great. I will definitely be ordering more from this company. Although, I thought shipping took a little longer than expected but, it was worth the wait.
