Scarico giunto con difetto di conformità. Ho inviato foto e prove del problema PRIMA di qualsiasi lavoro.
​Ho chiesto la sostituzione o un rimborso parziale, ma il venditore ha preso tempo scaricando la responsabilità sul produttore con la scusa di dover fare altre verifiche.
​Costretto a far riparare il pezzo per poter utilizzare la moto, il venditore ha rifiutato pure un rimborso parziale pur ammettendo per iscritto di aver ricevuto le prove in anticipo, di fatto negando la Garanzia Legale di Conformità prevista per legge (Art. 130 Codice del Consumo).
​Gestione post-vendita del tutto scorretta. Sconsigliato.

Exhaust arrived with a lack of conformity. I provided photographic proof of the issue BEFORE any work was carried out. I requested a replacement or a partial refund, but the seller delayed the process by shifting responsibility onto the manufacturer under the pretext of needing further checks. Forced to repair the part to make the bike usable, the seller then refused even a partial refund despite acknowledging in writing that they received the proof beforehand—effectively denying the Legal Guarantee of Conformity required by law. Completely unacceptable post-sales management. Not recommended.

Il prodotto è arrivato imballato perfettamente (purtroppo con un giorno di ritardo ma non per colpa loro). Esperienza super positiva.

Total scammer and conman, sends the wrong item through Ebay then don’t issue a refund once the item is returned

SCAMMER, ordered rear ohlins 21/10/22 and still not received after 3 months, keeps giving different dates as to when in stock, says he can't give refund as its too late..... he hasn't actually got the item to sell how can this be legal?

Here is the evidences ,
I have done the business with him in Mar 16 and it went through very smoothly , but he shipped wrong address as I confirmation , but he did changed the address again , I am very happy with my purchase.
But when I wanted to buy again in April 28 , and confirm in EBay immediately ( you can see the photo Apr-28 ) because he shipped in 5 May ( the photo I has attached ) so I have confirmed to him .
But he did the mistake again .
He shipped to the wrong address .
And I can’t received the package so the package returned to him which I had contacted TNT yesterday and they had confirmed to me the package had returned to sender on 10 Jul.
He don’t want send my refund back or the product to the right address.
Because he afraid of the fees because of his fault .
I lost the money of the case now. The package I swear I didn’t received you can confirm with TNT.
ALSO HE IS LYING HE HAS SHIPPED TO THE USA BUT IT WAS REJECTED . HE IS FULL OF LYING , FRAUD .. HE HAS SCAM ME FOR $1600 , AND TELL LIES TO PAYPAL TO WIN THE CASE . DO NOT TRY TO ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
